This was the best car-buying experience my wife and I have ever had! From the time of walking on the lot, test driving, and doing all the paperwork, it was one hour and 30 minutes. Tyler was absolutely fantastic!! There was no pressure to buy and none of the typical back-and-forth dickering about getting the deal done. Great experience and would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a car, go see Tyler!!

Unbelievable... The wife and I bought a 2007 Cadillac Escalade from Mitchell Mill Motors about 6 weeks ago. Turns out, she hated it! It was way too big for driving around Raleigh. So I take the truck to a nationwide used car re-seller who low xxxxx me to the tune of having to eat 9000 bucks.. Nope... Can't do that. So I take a chance and send James and Tyler an email explaining the situation. They respond and say come on back and we will work something out.. Boy did he! He gave me what I owed on the truck and money off the one I bought. These guys know what customer service is. I can't give them enough praise for the way I was treated. Thank You Guys!!!!

I was looking for a 4th gen 4Runner for a while and visited Mitchell Mill several times to look at one. Initially we couldn't reach an agreement on price (I realized what I was willing to pay initially was pretty low). After looking at a bunch of 4Runners that were either junk, or nice and way too expensive, I gravitated back and we ended up with a deal. It wasn't exactly the color or model that I wanted, but the condition was great and the price fair. Well, the day after I drove it off the lot the A/C failed...turned out to be the evaporator which is not a cheap fix. I was really worried that I would be hung out to dry since it is a used "As-Is" vehicle. I called the dealer up and spoke with Tyler and James and they were very good to work with and worked out a very equitable deal on the A/C repair. Thanks to these guys for standing behind their word! Visited Mitchell Mill Motors on a "looking spree" and ended up buying that very day. Allen and all the guys were great to work with. Not at all "high pressure" but very courteous and easy to deal with. I would absolutely consider purchasing from these guys again. I would recommend that anyone that is searching for a used vehicle to consider this dealership.
