I called twice to check on a Buick Enclave. I was told that it needed a new radio but they would install it and then it would be ready to go. No big deal. But I drove 3.5 hours to look at it and the vehicle was a complete wreck. It wouldn't even turn on! There was standing water in the floorboard!! All they had to do was tell me it wasn't in selling shape and I wouldn't have wasted a day.

I love this dealership and will never go anywhere else!! Birdman and Jamie and everyone there have always given me the best experience of anywhere I have ever shopped- I most deffinately send friends and family to explore their cars and most get a car from them as I have been getting all my cars there for 10 years my latest a BMW I dearly love and is my dream car for real

I submitted a question on their website about a used vehicle they were selling. Someone called within the hour and was able to answer my question and was very courteous and professional.

Never deal with a place that wants you to sign an arbitrary agreement. That's the first sign of them being crooks.

I Called this place about a car that I saw online, right after they picked up I noticed how unprofessional this guys are, they speak to people very rude, and don't sound like they want to help.I spoke to two different guys, one guy was named Ed if I'm not mistaken and the other guy I forgot to ask for his name since I was so disappointed with their customer service.

My fiance and I walked in to look and test drive a Ford Fusion 2012. Right as we walked in, the people were very rude. They told us they were closed 5 times! And it was 35 mins til closing time. They need to get some real management around here! As we walked out, we sat in the car for a while debating how to pull out (there is no parking - very crammed). The man that told us they were closed 5 times, came out and lit a cigarette. If they were closed, wouldn't they be ready to go home? Seems to me, this company is VERY unprofessional.

Jamie (owner) was also fabulous and very helpful. Both guys went out of their way to make sure the car was ready, safe, and would be the best fit for my family. I highly recommend this dealership in helping people who need a second chance with credit. They akso work with you on down payment as well as asking price to get you and your family in the right vehicle that fits your needs.
