Excellent Experience with Josh Melo

Excellent Experience with Josh Melo

My experience with Josh Melo was beyond satisfying. The amount of patience this man has is amazing. He was very professional but also very comforting and down to earth at the same time. Even though my credit was not the greatest, he still encouraged me to try anyway. When my cosigner wasn't sure if she could make it the same day to sign, he even offered to take the paperwork to her. That is the best customer service I have ever experienced. If you're looking to buy a vehicle here, ask for him! He will do anything possible to make you satisfied with your purchase. I love my new chevy!

***You'll do better anywhere else***

The dealer was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and had a good price. I ended purchasing the car. However within a day of taking possession I noticed issues with the car. I had to escalate every little thing to a manager to get attention. They fixed one issue with heat shield which was causing lot of noise but continue to refuse to address the issue with sunroof which does not operate. They categorized it as a cosmetic issue and insisted I pay for repairs. Now tell me if I purchase a car from a dealer and within 2 weeks find out a major functionality does not work and the dealer refuses to take responsibility what does it say about their integrity and reputation. I have made numerous good faith attempts to resolve this issue and have agreed to pay for part of the repairs but so far they are not even returning my calls. I found out later that they sold me a car with pending factory recalls which were over a year old. When I brought it to their attention, they dismissed me saying since they were not a Nissan dealer, they were not concerned about such trivial matter. Go Figure, they were praising themselves as very concerned about customers & their safety. During the Sales, they promised on how they pride themselves on their service and that they stand behind all their products & take care of any/all issues. But once you sign the contract, you are just in their history and they don't care about your issues anymore. Onto the next unsuspecting victim. I strongly recommend that you take your business to another dealer who knows how to treat their customers.

oil change and tire rotation.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation to McGee. I returned home and looked at my tires and rims finding they had never been rotated. I called the service dept. and was told I could return the next day and they would do it then . Why should I have to return to do what should have been done when I went there the first time ? Caught

BEWARE!.....................you'll regret your purchase.

This dealership will promise you everything, unfortunately after you sign the legal documents, the games with this dealerships staff begins, resulting promises not kept, conduct,. and behavior, that this ownership appears to condone, hence ignoring, any personal request of assistance, STAY AWAY, PATRONIZE ANOTHER HONEST CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP, GANG ATMOSPHERE!

Great Experience - See Brandon or Brian!

I went to McGee for their great reputation and also their satisfaction guarantee and I was absolutely pleased. I got a great deal on the Pre-Owed Equinox that I went in to see. I did pay the asking, but the asking was below market so I was fine with that. My salesperson was Brandon and he was very knowledgeable and super friendly. I wanted to pay cash for the car so I was up front and was able to get the deal completed and car picked up in a 5 day process. The only snag that happened was that the car had a Remote Start that was not working, so after speaking to Brandon and also to Brian Apostolon, the used car sales manager they replaced it at no cost to me because of the sale having that as an option in the car. The made it work for me and also they made my experience top notch. So I highly recommend this dealer for your NEW/USED car purchases. It has been almost three months and the car is perfect, no issues, so again thank you McGee for making this stressful experience- not stressful but pleasant! FYI-I had done a review on here after purchasing the car, but it was send thru uncompleted and I am trying to get that one removed since it is only one line- FYI-

Bought 2014 Silverado 1500 Z71 used

You can copy your review and paste it on any of the review websites below: I purchased this vehicle eight months ago with 44000 miles, during the purchase process the vehicle had matching floormats which disappeared upon delivery. We contacted the sales person and have yet to receive the promised mats. Recently I brought my vehicle in for break service, i was quoted $500.00 on the phone after discussing the coupon I had received in the mail from the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership I was given a estimate of between 700 -800 dollars. I was told I misunderstood the person on the phone. When i questioned the coupon i was told that was not able to be used due to my vehicle type. Additionally in reviewing the written estimate for the work i noticed the quote stated i had 'rusted lug nuts' that needed to be replaced. This left me feeling like i was being taken for a fool as well as extremely concerned as i had just had a complementary oil change which also lists a safety inspection as part of the process. All of these reasons leaves me feeling i can no longer trust this dealership as i was either sold a truck that was not safe or allowed to drive a vehicle after the last oil change that was not safe. I would not currently recommend them for purchase of vehicles or repair services. All said and done my local repair shop completed the break pad and rotar replacement for $680.00, the lug nuts were reported to have no issues.

Bought a new car in 30 mins !!!!!

First of all me and my wife weren't ready to purchase a new car and thought going around to weigh our options. Based on the reviews , we decided to travel 40 miles togoto MCgee dealership to take a look at chevy ls sedan. Met a nice guy Jeff and he was awesome. Negotiated & Finalized a deal within 30 mins. And it was around closing time but other staff stayed back late to finish off paperwork . Finally car was delivered the very next day as promised. I would strongly recommend this dealer
