Awesome people. They made car buying easy and honestly affordable. This is probably my 7th vehicle from the dealership. It’s the only place I’ll go to buy or service my family’s cars.

Called a week prior about my check engine light being on they fit me in and I was in and out less than an hour truck is running great

McKay Chevrolet has many new Chevrolets to choose from. They do accept trade in's. That is very helpful when buying a new car. Nothing could be more perfect than buying a Chevrolet at McKay. This my second request from dealer rager for the same purchase. I don’t believe is a good source for information

I have never owned a Chevy but needed a larger family car. We stopped in to see what was in stock. After looking around we asked about anything coming in or at another dealership, what we were looking for was already scheduled to be delivered in a few weeks. We were there under 2 hours, signed all paperwork and then did the rest via email, phone, or text. When I the car arrived I asked for one more thing to be ready for pick up. Brandon made it happen and when we picked up the car it was smooth sailing and only took about an hour. So far so good very pleased!

Let me make something abundantly clear; NOBODY should go to this dealership. Not for a new vehicle and not for service. The salespeople are condescending and passive aggressive. The service department doesn't communicate with each other or the website. I bought my 2023 lease and knew from the jump I was taken advantage of. They agreed to "throw in" a set of running boards for my truck if I'd give them a positive review on google, that's when I should've known things were off. Despite being bullied into signing a lease at a monthly price I wasn't fully happy with, I continued driving OUT OF MY WAY bi-monthly for oil changes. They never worked with me on discounts for the oil changes and had no problem charging me $255 just to look at my truck and tell me what's wrong with it when they knew the issue with my fuel pump was covered under a GM recall. I had to go to a different dealership to have the pump issue fixed and I never received my $255 back. When my 2023 lease was up, because McGee had changed hands to McKay I thought I'd give their sales people one last chance, and boy was that a mistake. Off the bat, the sales guy tried to make me sign something that said if he got me "the deal I wanted" that I'd agree to purchase a new lease. I told him I had an hour to talk. He spent 20 minutes making me sit in the seat waiting for him to talk to his manager. The old school nonsense of bartering back and forth and moving numbers annoyed the xxxx out of me. He wouldn't answer simple questions; like what the interest rate on a new lease was. He kept telling me he didn't know and the finance department would tell me once I AGREED TO THE LEASE. What planet is this idiot living on? The sales manager had to come out even after I stated I was all set. I gave him 15 minutes to talk me through the lease and numbers didn't make any sense. No matter how many times I clearly explained my stance, the manager would divert to another topic regarding the lease. I got up, said thanks, and left. Did the sales manager or salesman thank me for coming in? Nope. They didn't say a word; the xxxxxxxx that they are. I will never, EVER go back to this dealership to deal with xxxxxxx salesmen and awful service people.
