The Best BMW dealer and service department in the state of Virginia. This is my second BMW, and I will only take it to this BMW service department. Scot was beyond amazing and extremely helpful. Scot kept me updated everyday and my car was running outstanding when I got it back. If you are looking a service department that will work well with you and will not over charge you this is the place. Scot was extremely honest when telling me what service my car needed. I would give them a 10 star if I could. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely be back for my next service.

The service department used to be friendly when Lance was
The service department used to be friendly when Lance was there. My last visit was less than satisfactory. No one even smiled. I wanted to wait for the vehicle ( new tire) but I was told everyone was at lunch. At 5:30 I called for status and was told it would have to stay overnight. When I picked the car up next day the new tire had not been given any tire dressing and looked shabby. A salesman helped me and dressed the tire himself.
