BUYER BEWARE - False Description and Deception

I recently purchased a car that turned out to be a major disappointment. The experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied, as the vehicle I received did not match the pictures and description provided by the seller. When I first stumbled upon the online listing, I was captivated by the beautiful photographs and detailed description of the car. The images showcased a clean and well-maintained vehicle with a sleek exterior and a luxurious interior. The description highlighted the car's exceptional features and claimed it was in pristine condition. However, upon taking delivery of the car, it quickly became evident that the pictures and description were incredibly misleading. The exterior had numerous scratches, dents, and the paint meter didn’t match the meter I used. All of these details were conveniently absent from the photographs. Upon contacting the seller to address these issues, they seemed uninterested in resolving the matter. They refused to take responsibility for the misrepresentation and claimed that the pictures and description were accurate at the time of posting. It was evident that they were more focused on making a quick sale than ensuring customer satisfaction. This experience has left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. Buying a car is a significant investment, and I expected honesty and transparency throughout the process. Unfortunately, this particular seller failed to deliver on those expectations. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this seller or any similar situations where the pictures and description may not accurately represent the vehicle. In conclusion, my car purchase was a complete disappointment as the vehicle I received did not match the pictures and description provided. The misleading images, inaccurate description, and lack of seller accountability have soured the entire experience. I hope that my review serves as a warning to others to be vigilant and thorough when making such a significant purchase

Negligent service destroyed my car

I went to Euro Performance over the course of several years for maintenance on my BMW X5M. Even though I brought the car in promptly when notified by the cars service monitor, the engine failed just after routine maintenance at 90k miles. During this service, Euro Performance charged me a $450 diagnostic fee to read codes. They did not alert me to any issues. One hundred miles after service the motor developed loud clunking. I took the car to another shop where they pulled the pan and found that the cam and bearings were shot. They also showed me dozens and dozens of code errors going back months which were unaddressed. This mechanic verbatim said "this motor failure was caused by lack of maintenance". I strongly recommend avoiding Euro Performance; the shop manager took no responsibility for the multiple code issues which should have been addressed, and the failure to address these codes means I'm out a $40k motor.

BMW 7 Series Purchased

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF

I purchased a vehicle it took me over a month to get becuase they were "fixing" it . After they "fixed" it , it was driven100 miles instead of being put on a truck to be delivered to me. I put in a tank of gas and before that tank of gas ran out less than two weeks later the truck will not go into amy gear gear and my mechanic says only the dealership can work on those 8 speed transmissions. They cannot be rebuilt by a transmisssion shop only a dealer, the fluid alone is well over $300 to refill. The pan and filter is disposable and plastic and is $170. I have had this truck less than 2 weeks. 500 miles have been put on it. 100 miles was put on it during delivery. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

Very satisfied customer, not your typical dealer!

I recently purchase a 2014 BMW at European Performance. The process was super simple, they had the car I was looking for and worked with both Dave and Ryan on getting me my 328. The price was thousands below other dealers and there were none of the typical pushy sales games. I'm super happy with my car and I will be back when it comes time to trade this one in!
