Great Customer Service

I brought my Scion XB in for it's 15,000 mile service. Evan Bantin in the service department was extremely helpful and very friendly. John my shuttle driver was very friendly and a very safe driver. I also ran in to Elliott Franzen, the salesman that sold me my Scion a year and a half ago and he recognized me and made it a point to say hi and ask me how my Scion was treating me and if i was still happy with it. I was shocked that he remembered me from a year and a half ago, let alone what car i bought. It made me feel like he cared about me as a person and not just another customer. I will definable be purchasing my next vehicle from him and recommending him to all friends and family looking to buy a new car. Overall I received exceptional customer service and will be returning.

Helpful, informative

Teddy did an outstanding job help me pick out my first car. He answered all of my questions and concerns and will defiantly recommend him to anyone I know looking for a car.

Clear, informed, exciting, very helpful and kind

I leased a 2015 Prius c from wilsonville Toyota. Scott McKowen walked me through the entire process, answering any (and all) of my million questions, explaining what was going on step by step in a clear and knowledgable way. I never once felt rushed, pressured, or unsure of my purchase. The store was clean, friendly, and Scott even made me an espresso while I filled out paperwork! I have already recommended him and this branch to a few of my friends as I know this was the best possible experience I could have had. When I had finished paperwork, Scott showed me all the ins and outs of the car and took care of all the dmv paperwork for me. It was an exciting day, and I left feeling happy and stress free about the entire experience thanks to Scott, Ron, and Jake.

60,000mile check

Price quoted in advance. Had made appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived. Car was completed on time. It was even washed prior to pick up..

Great service, great follow up

I needed a car for my wife, and we had decided on the make and model. Wilsonville had one so we drove up to see it. Great car, very good price. No haggling, no pressure, several thousand under book value, loan approval before the visit, no waiting for hours. My daughter says the game room was awesome. If all dealers worked this way, buying a car would be a great experience. When we left, my wife had to ask if were done - she couldn't believe that's all there was.

We purchased a new Toyota Prius

We have been telling everyone that purchasing a vehicle the "no bull" way is a huge improvement over the traditional way of buying a car. Never once did we feel pressured, hassled, suspicious, stressed, abandoned, cranky, or ripped-off. It was a pleasure to buy our Prius at Wilsonville Toyota, and in fact, we had fun. Thank you Jay!

My car buying experience!!!!

This is my 2nd experience buying a Car at WILSONVILLE Toyota and it's always Easy and Fair .The staff is Exceptional.we just brought our Second RAV 4 and our sales Person Joey Ferranti was the BEST! He took the time to accommodate our Every need.I will continue Buying Cars at WILSONVILLE Toyota, as they are in my Opinion the BEST Dealership I've ever bought vehicles from Hands Down!!!!!
