Shawn Tracy was an excellent salesman. He was very patient and went over and above to make sure he was providing excellent customer service (i.e. delivering my car to Eugene/being sure to keep me updated via text messages on the status of my car before it was ready for delivery). Unlike my experience with other dealerships, at Wilsonville Toyota-Scion I never felt taken advantage of. I felt that Shawn genuinely cared about helping me find the best car in my price range, and one that would be a good long-term investment. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Very positive experience.

I bring my 2006 Lexus GS 300 to this dealership for all service and repairs. If you own a Lexus, there's no better way to go. I have found that this dealership is a lot less expensive than the Lexus dealership.

They were courteous, took me in promptly, and were finished within the time limit they told me it would take. A car wash is part of the service package, but the young man that helped me said the washer was out of service. They did locate a coupon for a local car wash, which I used.

Having waited a long time between car purchases (mostly because the experience has been so unpleasant in the past), I found my experience at Wilsonville Toyota a total surprise. Working with Billy Yi was relaxed, informative and pleasant. He helped me with all aspects of my purchase, and was so kind and patient! He worked with me to get all aspects of the sale to my best advantage, and could answer all questions I asked. My sister recommended Wilsonville Toyota based on her excellent past experience, and she was so right. I will certainly pass this recommendation to anyone I know who is in the market for a car...and a satisfying experience buying it!
