I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Cars USA in Virginia Beach. I really appriciate all that Nick did in working with me. The other folks in the office were nice, real people, and the shop folks came through. I had a great experience considering such a large purchase, at least for me. The process was fast and smooth, just like my ride home. Oh, Nick actually went back to the airport with me to return my rental, brought me back to start my trip home. I love the 2007 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 !

I contacted Cars USA about the 2007 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 that they had listed for sale. Worked with Nick, he provided all of the information that I needed so I planned my trip to go see the car. He held the car for me and although I offered to provide a deposit, he wouldn't accept it. After my flight landed and I mananged to get my rental, I went to the dealership late in the afternoon on a Saturday. He showed me the car but I needed to rest and such so we planned on connecting that Monday. Anyway, Nick worked with me on a few observations with the car and I drive it home! Excellent experience at Cars USA. I must thank Nick and everyone else there for making the purchase of my dream car smooth and easy. I love the car and would recommend them highly!

I would give zero stars if possible. Plain and simple outright crooks, from Angie to “Mario” to Najib and the “mechanic” who come to find out is looking for another job but, they all lie and say he’s been deathly ill for months. So, what they do is keep your vehicle there for months and repeatedly blame the customer for “breaking” the vehicle and refuse to let you retrieve the vehicle from the locked car lot in the hopes that the customer will simply give up with regrets of making a purchase from them and then put some duct tape and superglue on the vehicle the customers previously was scammed into purchasing and get this…. Re-Sell it!!! They’ll make it work just enough to steal your money with a smile on their faces. Typical low life sales technique. Just remember, fellow consumers, Just because it may look fancy and shiny, there’s a reason all of these vehicles are pure broken car sales auctions garbage. Please heed my advice and don’t ever go by what the Carfax says or the BBB. Google it! Do your own research! God speed!:)

The Sales Consultant, Mike Gray, was friendly, courteous and well-informed. The whole office was great. Quick, fairly priced and just all around good people. Keep up the good y'all.

Very pleased with whole staff and selection of quality used cars at very competitive prices. Helped daughter replace her “totaled” Kia Sportage with a NICE 2010 Kia Sportage. Thx Cars USA.

If you want a cheap car that is hiding all kinds of problems than buy from this dealership. Also Mario is not a salesman he is the owner.

This dealership sold my daughter a car with a completely rusted out undercarriage. The ground for the diff harness was glued. The head gasket, thermostat housing and master cylinder all leaked. Brake pads were placed on top of rusted out rotors. Parts under the hood were broken and screws were missing. If all this was not bad enough, there was a rodent nest under the engine. Stay away from this disreputable dealership. Mario tells lies and is not a reputable businessman!

Absolutely the worst staff ..no straight answers just a runaround.. cars are junk. Read their negative reviews and stay away from this place..far away. Please !!

As a first time car buyer, I was nervous to step into the whole process. Mike and Mario helped me so much through every step to make sure I was getting the best car, price, and interest rate. I will recommend them to anyone I know searching for a car.

Best customer service I have experienced from a car dealership. They’re really helpful. Prices are reasonable and they don’t try to force you to buy anything.
