I purchase a CRV from Steven Todd Sales about a month ago. Mike was wonderful to deal with. I did not feel any pressure and he answered my questions promptly and with honesty. I felt very comfortable with him and I would highly recommend him.

Flew in a week later and Mike graciously picked us up at Midway, saving us a car rental. Upon reaching the dealership, we inspected the car very thoroughly and found it to be exactly as had been described by Mike in detail over the phone. Test drove the nicely prepped car. Handed Mike over the check and was off on our way back to the land of OZ. Painless and actually quite pleasant used car buying thanks to Mr. Allen. We wouldn?t hesitate to shop or recommend Mike in the future.

Right from the very beginning to the very end Mike was on the ball. I was looking for a cheap car for our daughter and with a small budget I knew it would not be that easy to find something. I came across a 2002 Honda Accord with low miles, much less than what I expected and it was advertised for much less than expected. I almost thought it was a hoax just to hook me so I drove to their location and saw the car sitting outside in the back of their building. The car looked clean and I thought for sure that perhaps the miles advertised was wrong. Mike came out to greet me with keys in hand. I drove the car, it drove fine. After working out the details I went home, thought about it and came back the next day to purchase. This was the most pleasant and easy transaction/car-purchase I've EVER had. I almost didn't contact them but I am glad I did.

My wife and I really appreciated the way Mike treated us before, during, and after our purchase. Mike has a simple and straight-forward approach which really made our decision to purchase our car from him quite easy. Not like other dealers we've dealt with in the past, Mike answered our questions honestly and promptly. We did not feel any pressure from him, none at all! I recently purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan from Mike at Steven Todd Leasing & Sales. Throughout our discussions on vehicle availability, Mike was prompt in his responses about the vehicle. The negotiation process was fair, and without pressure. From a transaction perspective, this is how car sales should work everywhere. However, not long after owning the car, we began to have issues with the windshield fluid sensor and washer fluid dispensing onto the windshield. After a visit to our mechanic, we were told the problem was likely from whoever did the recent maintenance on the car and put incompatible washer fluid in, or didn't remove the incompatible washer fluid. The hoses were completed clogged and corroded and needed to be flushed out to repair the issue. Unfortunately, Mike was not apt to step up to the plate for the issues that were caused, or missed, by his mechanic. This leaves us with mixed feelings on dealing with Steven Todd.

Wendy and I just bought a 2001 Corvette from Steven Todd Leasing & Sales. I give Mike Allen 5 stars. We came across the vette during a Google search for a 2001, from the moment we contacted Mike he provided outstand customer service; we purchased the car sight-unseen, and all we had to reference was the posted photos on the company web-site. Over a 2.5 week period we corresponded with Mike through email that totaled about 25. Not once did he delay a response back to us, always on top of our inquired regardless of what time or day. His description of the vette was spot on; when it arrived at our location it was as he described. No hidden issues it was spot on as he told us.
