Everyone was kind and generous especially my sales person Lisa Hildebrand and Sales Manager Nate ( sorry cant remember last name). I had a few machinal issues after the purchase the AC would not function. I called and it was immediately taken care of by your service manager Chandra Metz. I am also have a minor problem with my on star functions, I have an appointment tomorrow ( Chandra offered to bring me a loaner to my house the redeliver the vehicle WOW!) By the way she also replied to and email in the evening during off hours. It is quit refreshing and impressive to see the level of attention and detail that the employees give your customers, not only myself but other customers. Being in business I am always observing how organizations take care of customers. I observed every customer their expressions and interactions, everyone was smiling and happy. Very nice to see an organizing that answers the phone, not a machine and always helpful and cheerful offering above and beyond my expectations. As a small side note, I have always tried to deal with certified Cadillac dealers. I would consider this used car dealer FAR ABOVE any certified dealership. I was reluctant at first to make my purchase, I have no concerns now, very impressive. Keep up the good work.

Attention to our needs, friendly service. Sales person and manager stay several hours past closing to ensure everything met our needs, including providing names of hotels restaurant and Uhaul dealer.

Very knowledgeable about product,every one was very helpful and pleasant. Dealership kinda small but busy,they were a little slow on responding to me about the truck online.
