I highly 100% recommend American auto brokers if you are in search for a vehicle!!!!! Netti....was....OUTSTANDING!!!!!! She went well over and beyond and even more then that to get me into the truck of my DREAMS!!!!! She is the girl you wanna work with, and even through all my questions, what if’s and at times negativity about getting this car(because I had no faith that I was gonna get my dream truck) she stayed 100% positive throughout the whole process and made me feel super comfortable about my decision!! Jackie was amazing as well in helping with the finance process and made ends meet from all over the place to make my dream come true!!!!! She’s a doll for that!! And then Gabby!!!!! Oh she’s so sweet and helpful and gave great advice and made the final deal so smooth and exciting!!!! She was very patient with me let me tell you because I was a nervous wreck throughout this process. This team DEFINITELY is the BEST! Teamwork makes the dream work!!!!! Oh yea...and the break room had super good snacks, the office was clean and all the rest of the staff that I didn’t work face to face with were so very welcoming and nice as well!! And at the end....you get a cool shirt!!!!! Got trucks!

Melissa answered all of my questions to where I felt comfortable buying a plane ticket to fly in for the test drive, inspect the truck. It was in great condition as described in the ad and in conversation with Melissa. I found the truck online, checked reviews and called Melissa Navarro to answer my questions. The entire process was easy and quick, once I decided to fly to San Antonio to test drive and inspect the truck. Melissa was very helpful throughout the entire process which included coordination of Uber to pick me up at the airport when I landed through the final purchase process. Teri in finance was great to deal with as well.

WE WANT TO BUY A TRUCK THEY HAD IT WAS PRICE 6000.00 MORE THAN THE VALUE OF THE TRUCK MOST BANKS YOU NOT ACCEPT THAT SO I ASK THEM IF THEY WOULD DROP THE PRICE JUST BY 3000.00 AND I WOULD PUT DOWN THE MONEY SO THE BANK WOULD FINANCE IT THEY WOULD NOT WORK WITH US THEY SAID THE PRICE IS SET IN STONE NO NEGOTIATING AT ALL PLUS WE WANTED TO PUT SOME MONEY YO HOLD THE TRUCK UNTIL WE COULD GO SEE IT THEY SAID SURE 500.00 BUT IF YOU DO NOT BUY THE TRUCK YOU MAY NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK ...WOW ....
