Shantilly is an amazing sales representative who is

Shantilly is an amazing sales representative who is genuine, honest and extremely knowledgeable. We leased a vehicle from her 3 years ago and we made the mistake of going to someone else but I reached out to her and financed our pre-owned vehicle a few days ago. We are extremely happy eith our car and the service. I have had negative experiences before but Shantilly and the Finance Agent, Nasir (sp?) put us at ease and put our needs and wants first which i appreciated. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or spoken down to. They were both professional and respectful of our requests. Definitely coming back here to purchase another vehicle!

No communication.

No communication. First picked up the car a lug nut fell off in my driveway and when picked up the car after service, cover on engine was not installed, it was on the back seat

I came in with a problem the clock kept changing hour,

I came in with a problem the clock kept changing hour, the GPS voice became very low and my cell phone did not come through the car. This happened several times and lasted for weeks before it mysteriously righted it self. It is now in the broken mode and was not fixed when I brought it in for service. Something must be wrong with the car,s computer. I was told that the radio is ok. The problem had nothing to do with the radio.
