When I dropped off the car at 9:15am, they confirmed the car would be ready by 4:30/4:45 at the latest. I didn't hear anything by that time and tried calling multiple times to get a hold of someone to understand the status. I told them I needed the car back the same day and it was very frustrating to leave multiple messages that went unanswered. Eventually I received a call back and picked up the car after 5:30. Luckily someone else was able to pick up my kids from school but I did not appreciate the lack of communication and being later than expected.

Mr. Krill provided information and helpful advice. I will return to see him when ready to purchase.
