If I could give ZERO, I would. Your service advisor Michael Bershadsky is totally incompetent. Totally rude and obnoxious. Told me that they were test driving the vehicle to duplicate an issue that it was brought in for, but meanwhile the Bluelink app showed the vehicle parked for over an hour. He never offered the option of the multi point inspection until I saw on the invoice that I declined this option. Also told me I needed to clean my ears. It is amazing that he made it through HR during his interview.

It was a very hot day and I'm a handicapped senior. I was able to leave my car at the dealership and was sent home by Uber. I needed my car to be inspected and be maintained. It's a 2017 Sonata with under 20,000 miles. Patrick was very helpful in helping me with what I should have done to my car.

Terrible over all experience. The salesperson and finance manager misrepresented Hyundai the corporation and use deceitful practices to sell vehicles.

Not his fault, and I know his interactions with me are within his limits of what he can do as a service advisor, but I was VERY unhappy with the 2 tire replacements, price and also the policy of not accepting any responsibility for the damage to both within 1-2 weeks of the other. He's also a nice man and I believe means well, and I appreciate what he was able to do for me on the last service but he needs to write things down and be better about communicating thru calls or texts. I had a loaner so it wasn't a huge inconvenience but he only did the first of 3 things initially so he needed to keep the car for an additional day.
