He is upfront, straightforward, understanding to your needs and doesn't waste your time with a long drawn out ron around. I told him what I was interested in and where I needed to be pricewise and when he was able to meet my needs, he contacted me and we were able to make the deal in 1 day. I had been to several other dealerships and was truly getting annoyed at the same old "Sales Pitch". It is refreshing to deal with someone who actually listens and is just telling you what you want to hear to make the deal and then when you read the fine print, you find all sorts of hidden nonsense.
