My experience with Lee's Summit Subaru was wonderful.
My experience with Lee's Summit Subaru was wonderful. They worked hard and used Subaru's warranty as well as my warranty I had purchased, to get all my work done. They explained everything to me and kept me updated on the work that was being done on my vehicle. It was a great experience. Thank you mechanic Chris Brown, and thank you Amanda for all the work you both did to make this an easy and affordable experience . If I ever need any work done on my Subaru I will definitely return to Lee's Summit Subaru. I highly recommend them.

Alex was great. Service team is outstanding and thorough. My car was scheduled to be done at 10:00 and they were 15 minutes ahead of schedule. That's always nice. I would recommend.

They get you in and out in the stated time, thoroughly explain everything that was done to your vehicle and answer any questions you may have. This is my second purchase from Lee's Summit Subaru and I would definitely recommend their service department because its top notch. I Would also recommend this dealership if you're looking to buy a new or used car. The salesman are not pushy. The whole purchasing process is simple and fast. My grandson just bought his first new vehicle from them a Crosstrek and he loves it.

I was in need of a deep dive into a recurring issue. My initial call about my appointment was forwarded to Terry Streby. He provided some possible explanations and a course of action. Since it would require me to leave the car, Terry set me up with a loaner. He assigned my issue to Kyle Cloninger. Kyle was very helpful and provided updates throughout the repair process. I have been a customer for over 12 years, and have always received great service.
