We have talked on phone several times trying to decide if this is the truck I might want before I drive 4-5 hours to look. Bob has taken extra pictures, pulled up carfax, checked on items like heated seats, took my offer to the BOSS and even offered to meet me to look at the truck on Sunday when they were closed. Never pushy just responding to my questions and needs. We are within $500 of what I have to spend and they still have the truck so Maybe?

Salesman were fighting over who was going to sell it so one of them called me with an attitude then hung up on me..owner did care as long as he made a sell. Worst place I have ever been

What a Pleasant Surprise!
Wow! Drove by the lot a few weeks ago and found the car I have been looking for for over a year. Met with Jeff Ward and after a quick negotiation we agreed on what I consider a very fair price. No hassles, no contentiousness, just a very good and fair negotiation. I asked Jeff is I could take the car into the local dealer to have it checked out before I bought it and not only was this OK but they actually drove the car to the dealer for me! Once I got the car home I noticed a few minor things that needed to be repaired and called Jeff back (expecting the worst since the deal was already done) and to my surprise he got the car in the same day, and fixed the problems at no charge. A very pleasant and somewhat surprising transaction and next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will be calling Collierville Auto Center!

One of the best experiences I've had buying a car
I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle (as-is;no warranty) from Collierville Auto Center. Shortly after the purchase, I discovered a pre-existing mechanical condition that neither I nor apparently CAC new about. After informing CAC of the problem, they told me that they would have the problem fixed, no questions asked. And they did. They also started me out with a fresh oil and filter change and complete detail. I would definitely buy a vehicle from CAC again. I could not ask for better service or more friendly, customer oriented people to deal with than CAC employees. A special shout out to Dalton for his help.

truthful owner, untruthful management and salesman
The owner, Mike Hemly, is an owner who appreciates customers that patronizes his business and addresses their concerns without delay. I wish I could say the same about his management team and the particular salesman dealt with; Mister Hemly, without any hesitation or delay solved an issue I incurred with a purchase I made in a matter of days by being truthful with me, which could of easily been handled in the same length of time if they would have only been truthful and honored their word with me. I am strongly convinced that they never intended to honor the word from the beginning. I give Mr. Hemly high marks for being an upright and truthful owner and if I were to purchase another car from his dealership, which I very well may in the near future, it will be with the recommendation of a salesman by him.

Best Place To Shop For A Car!!!!
I bought my 2011 Dodge durango from collierville auto center and i must say it was by far the best buying experiene ever. The people who work here are wonderful it can be tough sometimes shoping for a car with kids but they make it so easy you can tell them what you are looking for and they will fin exactly that in the price range you are looking for and for less than the competition i would never buy a car any where else they have earned my bussisness for a long time A++++ dealer in my book.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS BY THE GENERAL MANAGER
I found this dealership online and they had exactly what I was looking for. I emailed and received a quick response. We went back and forth on price and trade in value the 1st day then on day 2 agreed on price. I filled out a credit app. we got financing . They faxed me the agreement i signed and faxed back. About 3 hours later i received a telephone call from the salesman that the general manager was backing out of the deal, because he wanted another $1000.00.I will be checking into this legally as I had already signed and sent back the paperwork. I would not recommend this dealership or its bogus general manger who by the way was not even man enough to call me and discuss this himself. I am also going to log a formal complaint with the better business bureau and all social networks.

Car dealer goes out of their way to help
Around 6 months ago, I was in the market for a new vehicle because the two my family owned at the time were reaching end of life. I had negative car buying experiences in the past and so I was not looking forward to this process. My wife had previously purchased from Collierville Auto Center and was very satisfied with her experience so I gave them a try. They were extremely pleasant to deal with and let me operate at my own pace regarding making decisions. They took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for. They searched the area for the exact car, make and model, and got the price down within the range I had provided. They did all the leg work and I ended up with exactly the car I wanted within 2 weeks. Just recently, I had some questions about the car, specifically the key-less ignition key fob. At no charge, their Service Center tracked down the solution, answered my questions, and resolved my issue within days. My wife and I will be using their Service Center from now on for all our vehicles. We plan to buy another car from Collierville Auto Center in 2 to 3 months.
