I am so thankful i stumbled upon killeen auto sales. i have been looking for a dealership to take my 2011 dodge caliber that i have negative equity in. after drifting in and out of 5 dealerships spending at least 5 hours in each to only find that they couldnt offer me payments in my price range, i found killeen auto sales. within a span of 2 1/2 hours not only did they find a car that was in my price range they gave me a lower interest rate as well. i am very impressed at how well and how precise these guys handled my situation.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was cursed at and told to buy a bike from Walmart when I had 20k to spend. Poor customer service.

The truck that I purchased from them magically blew the engine 2 1/2 weeks later and they told me their not gonna do anything for me and that i could see them in court

Joel and Kevin have made my car buying experience so easy and simple. Im a soldier stationed at Fort Bliss and the whole transaction has been online. Honestly it went by alot smoother than dealing local. They sent me all of the necessary paperwork and got everything approved and finalized within a week. They even coordinated with transportation company to get my car shipped from Killeen to El Paso. But since they have been my biggest help, I told Joel that I will handle that myself. So now im just waiting for my car to get picked up and delivered.

I called to inquire about a car they had listed for sale. The salesman I spoke with seemed as if speaking to me was an inconvenience. I asked for additional pics of the car 2 weeks ago but have yet to receive them.

We had been researching used vehicles for several weeks and had decided on a Nissan Cube to purchase my teenager. After directed seaches this dealership had one listed $1,500 less than dealers in Austin, TX, for the same model and year with less milage, so it made sense to drive the 60 miles to Killeen, TX. The salesman was very courteous, and flexible on the vehicle test drive so we could test it to our satisfaction. He was not very familiar with the particular features of the Make/Model, but I think this worked out fine, it left the test drive time for us to listen to the car, roadnoise, handling, instead of "benefits" sales speech. The Vehicle was what we were wanting and expecting. The salesman passed us off to the general manager to finalize transaction. The process was the least stressful car buying experiance I have had. We received a good car at a reasonable price.
