LIARS AND THEIFS. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE. Bought a brand new car. Had floor mats in it when we bought it. They STOLE them out upon delivery without telling us. Hate dealerships that always try to take advantage of customers. We came back in and they gave us inferior floor mats. There was a chip and they LIED to us about fixing it and the foam broke off on the intercooler. Said they would fix that as well. Never did can't even get a call back. If you want a dishonest dealership that will try to take advantage of you this is the place.

Interested to buy a second hand car they had on the lot. Asked to look inside and told we had to see our details. OK, no sooner had we sat down and he started talking about dealer mark up and I thought he is going to say “we don’t do that” how wrong I was. I was told the price online would have a dealer mark up. Couldn’t give me an exact figure but 2-3k on a 26k car. A soon as heard this I walked. Poor way of doing business and should be against the law. The price advertised should be the price, no hidden costs.

Purchased a used truck at McGrath Kia. Found this place while on the way to the car wash. I was in the market for years doing lots of research on option packages to meet my needs. Found a truck on the lot that surpassed my needs and was too good to pass up! Made an appointment with Angela Nicoll and she was very knowledgeable about functions on the truck. The truck's road test proved to be the biggest selling point to me. The overall transaction was smooth and very informational. I'm very happy with my purchase and extended warranty.

Had a 2020 Acura ILX carmax offered me 24k trade value. I had walked in and was immediately greeted by Jose Gomez ver nice guy we chatted for a few minutes and then his sales Manager Cody came out also very nice. I told Cody where I wanted to be and they went to work contacting banks to find a good deal and eventually was able to get me 2% lower interest than Acura financial gave me! Done deal, only issue was going into the finance office guy tried to put 10.74% and tried to increase my payments! Luckily I’ve been in the car business and lending so I know how it works. I immediately stated I will back out the deal and finance manager said give me a minute came back a few minutes later and honored the original terms I agreed to. Vehicle is nice and overall had a good experience with the sales part.

Worst dealership ever. My recommendation for anyone who did not check reviews before dealing with them is to check if they performed the service they supposed to do. Take pics of your car before giving it to them, since they will come up with your car is missing something that if you want to buy from them it will be 99.99... They screwed up a simple oil change some many times; the forgot to add oil.. the other time..they did not tighten the screw and my oil was leaking...etc. etc

Terrible experience with this dealership. Run away from this place! They suck you in with one on line price and then tack on thousands of dollars more, so a used car costs at least $5,000 - $6000 more than advertised. We were told that they advertise low to get you to come and look at the car and then they give you the price they need to sell it for. I would never go to this dealer again. We were told that the additional amount was for prep fees, which they said they did not have to do anything with the car because it was in good shape. After another hour we negotiated a price which I was not happy with but we needed a vehicle and did not want to start our search all over again. As soon as the price was agreed upon, we were told we had to get the car off their lot. I did not even have a purse or license and the sales staff and manager turned nasty on us and said it had to be off their lot and to park it across the street where the cars are for auction until we could come and pick it up. Once the purchase was made, no one even continued to speak to us. Seriously, never would I recommend this place and its sale staff. The salesman was very nice until we start talking price and until we would not agree to pay all of the thousands of dollars added to the price of the used vehicle. If I could give it 0 stars for how we were treated once they had made a sale, I would.
