Giving this dealership two stars is being generous. I test drove a preowned Hyandai a few weeks ago and liked the car a lot but never was able to come to an agreeable trade-in on my Civic. I walked away and went elsewhere. For the last couple of weeks I've been receiving postal mail from several local banks indicating they need more info before they can process my request to purchase the car I test drove!!! I was stunned, to say the least. Please be aware this is what they do whether you buy from them or don't. I left a voice mail with the manager expressing my dislike of what they did, but never heard back from him.

Leased a 2022 Kia Sportage here.

Leased a 2022 Kia Sportage here. The car has had continuous problems with no resolution. Car has been at this dealership's service dept 4/5 times. Service dept claims they cannot find anything wrong with the car, and the car is returned to me as it came in. Alarm goes off repeatedly, battery dies. The car has to be jumped every time it has to be used. Currently awaiting a phone call from Manny so that I can bring the car in for service. Service dept claims they do not have any loaners at this time. It's been months with this car's problem, and I'm paying for a car that doesn't work. BEWARE: DO NOT BUY/LEASE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STUCK WITH A CAR THAT DOESN'T WORK

HELLO ARLINGTON KIA, ARE YOU EVER GOING TO FIX MY CAR? AT THIS POINT, THIS PROBLEM IS RIDICULOUS. IT'S BEEN MONTHS, AND THE CAR REMAINS BROKEN.

I was going back and forth with the sales Mgr about certain things. He was awfully nice at the beginning..but then he got testy and flew into a trumpian rant!..he didn't want to play games..he was there to sell cars..he would have been more than willing to take my 30/40k!..buying a car is a game.....game on!

Worst service department I've ever experienced.

Worst service department I've ever experienced. Had a major service, under warranty, which didn't last 1,000 miles. When we took it back, they manufactured a major lie so that the warranty wouldn't cover the work. We now have a car with a $40K plus loan that won't run and they won't fix it under warranty. Next call Kia Corp and Kia Credit (who holds the loan and won't get paid if they can't get it resolved). Most inept and unethical dealership I've ever encountered

We bought a car there and also purchased an extended

We bought a car there and also purchased an extended warranty. The service department fixed the drivetrain, under warranty, and within 1000 miles the engine blew. They then manufactured the alibi that we'd installed something that voided the warranty. The next step is talking to Kia or giving up a now worthless car that Kia Credit is holding the note for. Most inept and unethical dealership I've ever seen. I thought this kind of experience was just online horror stories. Nope - just go to McGrath Arlington Kia and you can have it too!
