Scammy dealership.

Scammy dealership. Placed a $500 deposit to get on a waitlist for a car which they told me was fully refundable. When I decided to leave the waitlist and requested my deposit back, they claim that I was told the deposit is non-refundable which is a lie.

Drove 2 hours 1 way after they told me they had a local

Drove 2 hours 1 way after they told me they had a local 2018 trade rave 4, however after i drove the car it had a noise in the rear end. I asked for a car fax and they didnt want to provide but after giving me the carfax i asked why did this car need so many batteries changes 3 in the last 3 years. No answere manager gave me a i packet telling me they put in $1700.00 in the car with a new battery and cant go lower on price walked away. The sales rep then told me come back in 2 days we will fix the car hold it for you and sign papers. When i was at home did some reseach and called the lexus dealer on the carfax they told me yes we sold the car on round table wholesale dealership to merriville toyota on a web page it was a trade in out here and put a battery in it our sales people keep having to jump the car (it had a short somewhere)so we sold it they knew about it. When i returned and asked about the car noise no answere just sign the papers i said no,and spilled the beans on the wholsale and battery It gets better they told me your getting a 12k 12 month warranty with a 200.00 out of pocket i said are you nuts. I recived a call few days later telling me sorry we didnt put that stuff in the car i said the i packet has your name on it and your charging for it im reading it i have a copy of it orignal has all your time and cost on it you gave it to me by e mail. Silence then told me well we now put more money were up to $2110.01 you havent even touched the car What?? If you come in and buy the car we will try to fix it Try?? Dont walk run from this place.

My wife and I purchased a certified Tundra here. We absolutely loved the service and experience. Salesperson was knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the purchase. Would definitely come back for future vehicles.

Great overall experience with the folks at Toyota of Merrillville. Mitch in sales was very attentive and patient in my decision making process. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond in making sure I got everything I wanted in my new RAV4! Aaron in finance was also patient with me as I read over the paperwork before signing. Great people to do business with.

I bought a Tacoma from them and it was the best

I bought a Tacoma from them and it was the best experience. They got me the model I wanted and kept me updated along the way. Sales process was fair and transparent, and the GM Trey even checked in with me and took time to make sure the process was going smoothly. If you go to check out a Toyota ask for Mitch!

I had a great experience at this dealership.

I had a great experience at this dealership. I ordered a new Sequoia and it took some time to come in. they called me regularly to update me on build dates and time it would take to show up. Once the truck arrived I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Best car buying experience I have had!
