As other reviews mention, the finance guy is just smug.

As other reviews mention, the finance guy is just smug. I came in with full intent to purchase a Certified pre-owned vehicle and his attitude made me change my mind. Unprofessional, especially since I was about to drop 40k you would think they would make me feel like a valued customer. Personality is everything in sales. Salesman was ok but not willing to try and get the price down whatsoever from list price. Isn’t that what car sales is- negotiation and effort? Sad because I really wanted that vehicle. Funny thing is that I actually am a cash buyer and only met with finance in case deals were going on for Toyotathon (they weren’t).

Worth the drive

We purchased a 2020 Tacoma in September of 2023. A few days after we purchased it we noticed a noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. Due to distance, we took it to our local Toyota dealership and they found a Toyota Service Bulletin detailing a vibration, told me it is not covered under CPO or extended warranty. I called Toyota of Merrillville and they asked me to bring the truck in so they could perform the repairs with no cost to us. After additional inspections, it was determined that the differential needed to be replaced, which was covered under warranty. From the sales consultant Charles Blunt, to the GM and our service advisor Josh Senovic, it was a pleasure dealing with them. It is a two hour drive to the dealership and is well worth the drive. Highly recommend.

Finance manager hurried me to sign papers without letting

Finance manager hurried me to sign papers without letting me read them. Also heavily pushed an extended warranty that I don’t think I need. Salesman was helpful though.

Just be careful

I wouldn't tell you not to purchase a vehicle from them. I would just caution that you check out what they charge you for. They have a price they give you and then add things to it. We started walking out of the building twice because of their false advertising. But of course, they wanted our money. We wanted the vehicle and finally came to an agreement. We have purchased many vehicles over the years and have never had a run around like this. Unfortunately, our salesman was fairly new and we could tell he didn't know the product. He will learn but we would've enjoyed a better experience.

Do not use the service department!

Went to purchase a new tire at the cost of $261 plus tax and labor By the time.they finished and gave me the bill it was almost $500. When I asked questions all I got was the run around Tried to call GM today as of yet got no response. The NEW tire is not riding right and will not air up to the other 3 .I've left a message as of 2 hours ago still no response. Make sure you get cost of your services before they start the work Especially if you are a woman!! .

Watch what u buy from them and xx out everything

Bought a used truck there and when I got home with it noticed some problems called them up to try to work something out and they told me it was not certified so it's my problem now !!!
