Audi Trust
In this day and age with money the bottom line , and service is minimal, and you feel captured and frustrated because you made the mistake of spending your money on this product, this is how I feel about this Audi Service Department. The person I deal with is impertinent and borderline rude and I feel any opportunity that exists to unnecessarily charge me will be taken. My trust, bottomline is gone. I should not feel this way about anybody I do business with. Unfortunately, I do. It was pointed out to me by the Representative that paying is a reality. If I pay, I just want to be treated respectfully and fairly and not be charged extra for oversights in service or gauging.

Amending my original bad review.
Amending my original bad review. I bought a used Audi from another dealership. Shortly after purchasing, some issues came up. Long story short, after my warranty expired my car experienced a failure that required an expensive fix. This dealership’s management and service department bent over backwards to help get my expired warranty to cover more than half of the expense. The time they took to communicate with me and help me through this frustrating situation was more than helpful. Very thankful to the general manager and my cars service advisor Linda.

Take your car to another service place if you want your car taken care of. I brought my car in back in April and told the service department that something was wrong with my car’s compressor. I know nothing about cars, but based on the sound I was hearing and weak a/c- a couple googles I figured something was wrong with the compressor. I originally took my car to a Firestone and they diagnosed the car and told me that the compressor and condenser was dying as well as my evap line was leaking and that it all needed replaced, but because of the audi complexity I needed to take it to a dealership. The service department said my car was completely fine and a leaf or some debris must have been caught in there and causing a bad sound. They also told me that audis rarely need that big of a replacement with only 37k miles on it and that if it needed replaced it would sound like my engine was about to fall out. They told me that there was nothing else they could do even after I explained I was extremely worried about ending up on the side of the road, pregnant, and with a toddler in the South Carolina heat this summer. They assured me that my car was Ok. Last week my 1 year old and I(8 months pregnant) ended up on the side of the highway waiting for a tow truck for four hours. After being towed to the dealership, they told me that my entire compressor and system needs replaced. The warranty that expired two weeks ago will no longer cover the $2900 fix. My service advisor told me that they would call my warranty provider and tell them that my car was diagnosed incorrectly back in April in hopes to amend the warranty to cover the costs. After waiting a few days I followed up with warranty, who told me the advisor never even tried to reach out in regard to the request. We also contacted Audi headquarters and put in a claim in hopes that they would recognize a bad customer experience, however, the claim goes to the dealership and was declined. They took no responsibility about something that would have been covered by warranty if they would have caught the problem in the first place. Not only did they misdiagnose my car, make me feel like I was crazy for my obviously valid concerns, but had the service department advisors give me false hope. My husband and I traded in both our cars this past year for Audis because we believed they were a reliable and respected brand. Instead of planning our Audi upgrades, we will never buy another Audi and never give any more business to this service department. Couldnt be more disappointed or upset about my experience.

Absolute best car purchase experience we have ever had.
Absolute best car purchase experience we have ever had. I would highly recommend Kyle Craighead for your Sales Consultant. He consistently followed up with us throughout the process and even after we picked up our car. We also traded a car which was also a smooth and efficient process as well. This was our first Audi experience and expect it to be the first of many more. In summary, we were impressed with this dealership and Kyle Craighead.

The issue and complaint is: At no time were we ever greeted or thanked by a member of the management team. On several occasions we have dealt with large dealerships and never received this type of unprofessionalism, we do consider this to be a major purchase. We were promised a second key for both vehicles only to get the run around for weeks and then being told for us to go have the keys made and send a purchase order and pay for it.. very unprofessional experience. On a scale 1-10.We would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership..ir recommend anyone the communication is worst, not to mention we have not received reimbursement for the keys as promised, when we wasn't informed that we had to pay first. When attempts were made to reach out to the General manager, he never returned any calls... Timothy and Kathy Small

Internet shopping good, you will get a call from that,but once you make the purchase ..the communication is horrible..I mention that one if my windows seem to moving slowly and was it anyway the service department could possibly take a look just to be sure due to the excessive rain..I got the full run around, havent had the car two weeks, navigation sound didn't work from day one, and the salesperson know it because the car was driven from the Augusta location, when I address this ussue..I still got the run around and was told this dealership specialze in Audi so they dont know anything about Range Rovers????? So again just nothing but a horrible experience, with no answers. Part #2 Kathy Small

I had an excellent used car buying experience at Audi of Columbia. My sales person, Austin, was amazing from first contact through delivery, and followed up 48hrs later to ensure I was happy. Excellent customer service, fast finance department that moved through the process quickly. Would definitely buy from them again.
