Absolute best car purchase experience we have ever had.

Absolute best car purchase experience we have ever had. I would highly recommend Kyle Craighead for your Sales Consultant. He consistently followed up with us throughout the process and even after we picked up our car. We also traded a car which was also a smooth and efficient process as well. This was our first Audi experience and expect it to be the first of many more. In summary, we were impressed with this dealership and Kyle Craighead.

My husband and I purchase two vehicles within two weeks

My husband and I purchase two vehicles within two weeks at this dealership.The salesperson was new, however he was professional. The issue and complaint is: At no time were we ever greeted or thanked by a member of the management team. On several occasions we have dealt with large dealerships and never received this type of unprofessionalism, we do consider this to be a major purchase. We were promised a second key for both vehicles only to get the run around for weeks and then being told for us to go have the keys made and send a purchase order and pay for it.. very unprofessional experience. On a scale 1-10.We would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership..ir recommend anyone the communication is worst, not to mention we have not received reimbursement for the keys as promised, when we wasn't informed that we had to pay first. When attempts were made to reach out to the General manager, he never returned any calls... Timothy and Kathy Small

Internet shopping good, you will get a call from that,but once you make the purchase ..the communication is horrible..I mention that one if my windows seem to moving slowly and was it anyway the service department could possibly take a look just to be sure due to the excessive rain..I got the full run around, havent had the car two weeks, navigation sound didn't work from day one, and the salesperson know it because the car was driven from the Augusta location, when I address this ussue..I still got the run around and was told this dealership specialze in Audi so they dont know anything about Range Rovers????? So again just nothing but a horrible experience, with no answers. Part #2 Kathy Small

Great experience, sales person Damien Morton was very knowledgeable about the Cadillac CTS I bought from him, everybody was so professional, I would recommend this Dealership to anybody that's looking or in the market for a vehicle. Thanks Damien you was great.

I had an excellent used car buying experience at Audi of Columbia. My sales person, Austin, was amazing from first contact through delivery, and followed up 48hrs later to ensure I was happy. Excellent customer service, fast finance department that moved through the process quickly. Would definitely buy from them again.

I bought my Q3 about a year and a half ago and I’ve had

I bought my Q3 about a year and a half ago and I’ve had no complaint until this morning. As I am driving into work my coolant warning light goes off out of nowhere. Everyone was helpful in getting a tow truck scheduled, until I called the service center and spoke to Justin. He informed me there were no loaner cars and there was nothing he could do. I then asked him was I supposed to be without a vehicle until my car is fixed, he answered yes. I asked to speak with the service manager he stated the manager was not there and for me to call back later. I am just utterly appalled at the treatment that Audi service advisors give to customers, especially one who is sitting on the side of the road.
