Personable staff.
Personable staff. I actually bought the car from Spencer. Although Jarred was quite responsive and mentioned when Jarred would return. Spencer had knowledge on the vehicle and when I question him and he did not know the answer, he found it quickly. Shannon was quick and allowed me to work with 7/17.

I was very disappointed as a new purchaser at Cole Valley
I was very disappointed as a new purchaser at Cole Valley Cadillac, to be told that an appointment would be take 30 minutes to complete and took over two hours. Had I been told this, I would not have stayed because I had plans that evening and it put me in a very uncomfortable position. I sat in the waiting room and watched at least six people come in and out while I sat there. I was the last one to leave. When I asked to talk to the manager, I waited and someone else came out because she was so busy and I told him about my disappointment. Not a great first service experience..

Everyone I met there was great, the mechanics, the other service techs, and Miss Gina was awesome as well!!! COLE VALLEY ROCKS!
