Bastante decepcionado del el dealership y sobretodo con la gerencia fui a comprar mi segunda camioneta una sierra bastante bonita en apariencia pero con varios desperfectos como problemas con ruidos bastante extraños en la transmisión al hacer el cambio de parking, a reversa y problemas con el AC el cual tiene problemas extraños al encender y no aventar aire acondicionado regrese con la camioneta para hacerles saber de los desperfectos en menos de 12 horas de que me dieron la camioneta hablé con la gerencia y para mi sorpresa ya no me podían ayudar porque ya el préstamo avía sido autorizado que ya era mi problema que las únicas opciones era regresar la camioneta pero como reposición o esperar para llevar la camioneta a que la checaran siendo que la camioneta es supuestamente certificada entiendo que es imposible para una persona saber cuando va a fallar pero no en menos de 24 horas de la venta de la camioneta obviamente todas las personas que vamos a comprar cualquier vehículo esperamos que no fallen tan rápido y menos confiando en una supuesta certificación espero y al menos puedan cumplir con las reparaciones y la pintura que pactamos al momento de la venta cuiden bien cada detalle al momento de su compra en Chevrolet Findlay para que no les suceda lo que a mí saludos!!!

We had agreed on a certain amount that I initialed and signed for when we got down to the last paper to sign. The price had jumped up $4000. Luckily, I was paying attention.

I would like to commend Dalia of the Service
I would like to commend Dalia of the Service Department and Dominic of the Sales Department. My 'Check Engine' light came on with my 2020 Chevy Trax. I brought it in for service. They found a multiple amount of costly repairs. The car had 65,000 miles on it. I am a ride share Driver and needed the car for work. They managed to get me into a newer 2022 Chevy Trax with only 13,000 miles on it. I was surprised, considering my credit score was sub-par due to circumstances beyond my control. They still worked it out for me that very same day. ***** 5 Stars

pésima experiencia tanto en la compra de mi auto como en
pésima experiencia tanto en la compra de mi auto como en le servicio todavía son las horas de no resolver el problema ya que me siento que fui engañado en la compra de ese auto me ocultaron información y dieron tiempo a que me dieran cita para el servicio y así poder meter el auto en le banco y ahora entre el banco y FIDLAY no resuelven el problema espero ser contactado rápido por que voy a llevar al mas alto nivel esta situación además de informales a todos mis seguidores en mi redes sociales de engaño que sufrí
