Being a female, not knowing alot about cars and how much...

Being a female, not knowing alot about cars and how much things should cost... I feel that I can go to Billy Chang and ask him for advice, and he will tell me exactly what needs to be serviced on my car, and how long it will take. Mr. Chang is so thorough and honest. I never feel ripped off or ignored, like most places I have been in the past. I always leave Findlay Chevrolet feeling a sense of "family". Sounds cheesey, but it's so true. Awesome Team!

Super friendly folks and super quick service. I was a traveler and needed the service work done quickly, but I feel I paid more in labor for the repair than I would have at my local dealer back home.

Service for 2013 Volt

Arrived at the service department with no appointment to have my 2013 Volt serviced. Heather met me in the service bay with-in 2 minutes and created my work order. She sent me a text message a day early to let me know the car was ready.

I went in for a hazard light that came on, to get my mirror visor fixed and to get an oil change. I am please to say all those things were done in a timely manor that i only had to leave my car there for my 8 hour work shift and no longer. They dropped me off at work. This is a great service place.

Another great service experience.

Stopped by for a service visit without an appointment. Sought out my usual service rep Heather Bobenhausen. She suggested some great options, as well as pointed out my car was due for a recall and arranged for a loaner. All went great, picked up car next day. Excellent communication and excellent service. I have now worked with Heather about 10-12 times and fully trust in her recommendations. Almost feels like family.

Great, friendly service.

I had no appointment, however, I was met at the door where a friendly lady immediately came to me and asked the problem. She immediately went to the appropriate person to take care of the problem. I then went to the lounge where I read the newspaper and drank free coffee. Thanks for a great resolution.

Great dealership both for sales and service

Came at first to get my 2001 serviced. The diagnostics showed the transmission needed to be replaced. The expense did not justify the service so started to look at getting a new car. I was at home doing research when Mike M called me asking questions and what I was looking at. I decided to go back to the dealership and meet him and discuss a new car. I came into the process having a firm budget. Mike worked with the budget to insure I got the best car and options for what I could afford. He allowed my wife and I to make the best decision without any pressure. It as the best experience I have had buying a car. After the purchase everything went smoothly and everyone has been pleasant to work wuth. Thank you.

I just wanted to send a very large "THANK...

I just wanted to send a very large "THANK YOU!!" to Don Pagel and Jon Steinzor. These two guys are amazing!! We moved to Blue Diamond/Decatur area over a year ago. I have been taking our '08 H3 Hummer to the Cadillac dealership in the Auto Valley Mall. I didn't want to drive that far anymore and decided to try Findley Chevrolet…I'm so thankful I did! My first trip in I met Don Pagel. From the beginning he has been wonderful. He will always go out of his way to make sure all my needs (and concerns) have been addressed and/or fixed. Even when I was out of town, Don was only a phone call away, he calmed my nerves letting me know that the H3 will be okay for the drive back home (we had thermostat/over heating issues). Jon Steinzor is the only person who has been fixing/repairing our H3 and I wouldn't want anyone else. Which brings me to today in writing this review…..I CAN NOT "THANK YOU" ENOUGH FOR DON PAGEL AND JON STEINZOR!!! I was pulling out of my driveway when I noticed my parking brake sensor light still on. The parking brake would not release. I called Don immediately, since it was a Saturday at noon and because I didn't know if I needed to have it towed to the dealership for them to have a look at it. Don tried to rely how to manually unlock it, but my husband and myself are not mechanically savvy. So he stated "We'll be right over". Within 20 minutes, Don and Jon pulled in front of my house. Jon was able to manually release the parking brake and determine what was happening. So now I'm scheduled for next Friday to have it repaired, but in the meantime I'm so thankful we are able to drive it until then. We just have to be careful not to lock the brake (cautious habit of ours). Again, I can not express how grateful I am to have these two guys go out of their way to help us out. It was above and beyond anything that has ever happened to me, THANK YOU! If you ever need your vehicle serviced, the BEST place to go is Findley Chevrolet. Ask for Don Pagel and make sure Jon Steinzor is your technician.

My husband and I were looking for a second vehicle that...

My husband and I were looking for a second vehicle that would save on gas and be a good fit for our family. We had done our research and had narrowed it down to a Malibu, Toyota, and Accord. We had heard about Findlay Chevrolet and the great service they had. We decided one morning to go and take a drive in the Malibu. As soon as we arrived we were warmly greeted by Reuben Banks, we felt right at home the moment we walked in the door. We explained what we were looking for and the price range that we needed to stay in. Reuben took very good care of not only me and my husband, but played with the children as well. This place did not feel like the usual car dealership. It was laid back, no stress and they really cared about the family. I have bought three cars and hated going to the dealerships because of the sales people and haggling that was involved. From the beginning with Reuben Banks all the way to the end with the dreaded F&I man Mr. Marcus it was like buying a car from family, someone you could trust had your best interests in mind. Yes we bought a car and are very happy with it thanks to the men at Findlay Chevrolet.
