I had no luck finding a quality used truck in Maryland and headed north to York. The inventory of used trucks was impressive and I ultimately purchased a very clean 2006 GMC Sierra. Chad was great to work with throughout the process and the dealership helped facilitate the MD inspection . The overall buying experience was way above my expectations. Well Done!!!

bought a 2006 Dakota for 11,000, 1000 mls. later needed at trans, also the work the did on the exhaust system before purchase was called sub-par by people putting in new trans.

Purchased a used 2012 Ford Focus from Your Auto Source this past week and couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. The price on the car was extremely fair and the team at the shop were very easy to negotiate with. Chad was an incredibly helpful and accomodating salesman. Genuinely a nice guy. I never felt pressured into purchasing anything, like you often do at the larger dealerships. He was very professional and gave us an amazing deal. The facility was spotless. I live about 90 miles from Your Auto Source. I found the car I wanted on line on their lot. I have waited about a year to write this review because I had a immediate engine problem with the car and it needed replaced. I wanted to make sure it was repaired properly. I wasn't a happy camper in the beginning, BUT, with the initial warranty that was included in the selling price and ALL of the people at the dealership from Don, the owner, his daughter, the office gal, Tim, the salesman, and the mechanics, they found an engine with less milage and installed it right there at their service facility. It was covered by the warranty. I purchased the car on December 30, 2015. The engine was replaced on May 26,2016 and it has been running great ever since. I had told the guys at Your Auto Source that even though I found the car I wanted at their dealership, one of the main reasons I was buying from them is because of their excellent customer reviews. Worked with Chad to buy a vehicle. Knew what we wanted and they had a few. He was patient, no hard sell. Got fair prices on what we were interested in. Ended up buying the more expensive one because we wanted to. Had a few things that needed attention and they took care of it. Had to take it back within 300 miles for another minor issue and they took care of that too. No questions asked. Great buying experience.
