We liked them so much bought 2 cars from them in October. Check engine lights come on other 2 other cars (yes we have 4) not purchased from them. The service time was fast. Labor prices are reasonable. Time to repair problems was good. They worked with warranty on vehicles, explained the problems (in non-mechanic language) before and after, and kept us informed. They even accepted a coupon. They even gave me a ride home (not usual circumstances). Now about the purchase. Chad was great throughout the sales process. We went over looking for a small truck after we saw it online. Reasonably priced. My wife saw two other vehicles. Test drove all three. She could not decide on which one. We wound up with two. Helped us structure the deal with our trade-in, which also got a reasonable trade in deal. Definitely will go back. Let me explain the facilities score. It is a nice clean shop and comfortable. I would recommend dropping off for service instead of sitting around. As a luxury car owner in the past (Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW), the shop does not have those amenities. However, they also do not have those prices.

I wanted to write a quick note on how well Cory and Don treated me. I read the reviews below and rest assured the appropriate measures have been made to rectify the known issues at this fine establishment. I have been looking for a Volkswagen R32 and came across theirs online. I called and spoke to Cory about the vehicle. He explained everything in great detail and let me know that he has been servicing the vehicle over the past few years. He also let me know that vehicle had a performance clutch that the previous owner had installed. Cory didn't feel comfortable selling the vehicle with a performance clutch. He stated that they do not have the life of a normal clutch. I didn't want to lose my chance at this rare car. So I moved forward with the purchase which went smoothly! I drove the car home that night with a big smile on my face. Cory scheduled a time for me to drop the car off at the shop so he could replace the clutch with a factory Volkswagen clutch. So far this has been the best used car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend Your Auto Source to my family and friends.
