total rip .

total rip .spent 1700 dollats for a oil change & radiator plus went with out.a car for two weeks all the clowns in servise were clueless DONT GO HERE !!! u will get ripped off.please dont make the same mistske i made

Start to finish Bertera Subaru provides a quality buyers

Start to finish Bertera Subaru provides a quality buyers experience that will leave you without a doubt feeling completely satisfied. As soon as I entered the front lobby I was warmly greeted by Sales Manager Greg with smiles and enthusiasm before being ushered to their showroom seating where I was l catered to until my vehicle was valeted inside for demonstration. Their dealership gave the impression of being a premier corporate location, I imagined being at Subaru HQ. My Product Specialist Gianni strived at every opportunity to provide a professional and engaging experience. He clearly demonstrated every feature that was tailored to my needs and made sure I got everything I wanted. When Gianni’s demonstration was through he sat me down with the Business Manager Pam who went through my paperwork, she was more than happy to make buying my first new car a positive and memorable experience, she took great care to explain financing, extended service plans, and Simoniz protection. Gianni returned with my keys to seat me in my new Subaru and wave goodbye. The whole Bertera team left me feeling like a kid at Christmas, and I’m still smiling months later.

From initial telephone conversation with Gianni, to stopping in, Gianni and the whole staff at Bertera Subaru made the car buying experience stress free. Gianni was receptive to our requests and questions and following day when we stopped in to put a deposit on a vehicle, a coworker Christian filled in and assisted us whiteout missing a beat in same manner as Gianni. I would Highly recommend Bertera Subaru to anyone who is seeking a stress free favorable buying experience. Thanks guys!!!

I was always a Ford guy, actually I traded in my 2019

I was always a Ford guy, actually I traded in my 2019 Ford F150 for this new Subaru because I was tired of paying for all that gas and I needed something more comfortable. I am a first-time customer of Subaru and after many test drives of other comparable new vehicles the 2024 Forester was the vehicle that was the best. Excellent comfort, plenty of added features and priced right. Now after looking at many Subaru dealerships in the state, I purchased my new Forester from Bertera. They had the exact model and color I wanted, the online salesman was very helpful and introduced me to the salesman Roje Robinson who would assist me in my purchase. Roje was very nice, calm, answered all my questions, took his time to explain the car to me in detail and was helpful throughout the process. I also met Greg Valuckas, very nice guy and seems like he really cares about the needs of his customers. The finance lady Pam Sundara really took her time answering my questions and gave me the best offer to fit my needs. She really cares about the customer and our satisfaction with the overall purchase experience. I will be returning soon actually to purchase my extended warranty through her. I recommend Bertera, you can tell this dealership focuses on the customer and it was a great experience!

The salesman, Vinnie whom I spoke with was professional,

The salesman, Vinnie whom I spoke with was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I don’t accept hard sells and I did not get any. I walked in with prior knowledge based on my online searches for information and walked away with additional information and clarification on the Subaru make and model I was looking at. I did a comparison of other makes and models with other dealerships. I read the fine print and ask a lot of questions. If anything that I have a question about is not listed, I ask. I take copious notes. I am by no means mechanically or technically proficient. We have 5 Subarus in the family, various models and ages and different dealerships. I was pretty sure I wanted a Subaru. I checked on the different dealership ratings for customer service. I make my own decisions. I decided on a different make/ brand of car because I was interested in a hybrid non plug in. I would still recommend Subaru and do your homework.
