Eric was a phenomenal sales representative to work with I would say the best! I would refer him to all of my friends and family he established that much trust over only a few interactions. When I had concerns or questions he took ownership to find me answers and reach expedited resolutions to ensure no inconvenience to me. I felt he had my best interest in mind and communicated every step of the way! Very responsive, knowledgeable, enthusiastic about his work, patient and trustworthy! He was willing to go over all numbers and options and went above and beyond to ensure an amazing buying experience he exudes the experiences of a luxury brand. 10/10 sales experiences

Shame on you!
Had a good sales experience when my wife bought her car from this location. Had a scheduled service appointment for over a month scheduled with her additional service plan she purchased. My wife asked about a loaner vehicle since she had to work. Was told they weren’t available. Heard another service advisor ask a client if they needed a loaner. He then set one up for his client. I requested another key fob since my wife lost/misplaced hers. I had to have my wife e mail her drivers license to the service advisor since I wasn’t on the title. Did that... then was told that my wife’s registration was expired by 8 weeks.... so we couldn’t get another key fob. “Sorry Mercedes policy”. 1. The vehicle was purchased from that location. 2. The vehicle is financed through Merced’s Benz Financial currently. 3. What happens when someone has a Mercedes in their car collection and they need an additional key? Do they have to run out and plate the car? This location did a very lousy and lacked the energy to go the extra mile. Next time... I will reconsider purchasing a Mercedes and reconsidering purchasing one from Easton. Obviously.... I am the customer and I do not work for you! Just make it harder for the customer to do business with you! Shame on you!
