Customer service was no good.

Customer service was no good. Salesman told me he would get back to me never did told me he'd be back to me the same day 8 days later still waiting so I took my cash somewhere else since my cash was no good for them and bought something else

I bought my car a little over 2 months ago.

I bought my car a little over 2 months ago. Although I greatly appreciated the help when purchasing a few things happened that ruined the whole experience. 1- I haven't even driven 1000 miles, and the transmission started making a noise. I took it there, complained, was told they would reach out and they never did. 2- I was told the transmission in my car is new, but after it started acting up, they told me the previous owner said it was new and they had no proof. 3. After taking my car to their shop twice, the mechanic downplayed the noise and starting saying things like "it's a lot of work", "it'll be very expensive", and "you could spend all that money opening up and there's no guarantee we can fix the issue". These all sound like excuses to me. If I had purchased a $2000.00 car I would not be complaining but I spend $14,000.00 on a car that I was told had new parts, when they had no proof, and now that the transmission acting up nobody wants to help.

Caveat Emptor

Bought a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer. Had it two days and while driving on the highway the front axel broke.Called a tow truck and the operator told me the whole front of the under carriage was rusted. Had it towed there. Despite an employee told the owner it couldn't be fixed he insisted it could be fixed. The owner was reluctant to return my downpayment. He finally agreed after his wife intervened..Avoid here at all costs

Don’t walk away, RUN!

This place WILL scam you. They will lie about paperwork. They will lie about everything they can if they think it will help them push a sale. Most of the vehicles there are junk, if it’s not junk, they are charging you 2.5/3x market value for it. Go to any place but here or you will regret it. Also, these ratings on here are not accurate, if you look at most of the profiles that have given good feedback you will be able to tell that they are not accounts. Shady dealerships/businesses will buy fake positive reviews to give people a false sense of comfort. There’s a reason this company had to close their other dealership down.

AWFUL!!!!

I had originally purchased a car here. It ended up that they "fixed" the issue FOUR times. Then they said they would replace my car with something more reliable. LOL. They stole a good $700-800 from me and gave me a car with MORE problems than the first. If you buy a car from them good luck.

Scam artist

Do not buy from Whitehall auto sales they will illegally reposs your vehicle with no paperwork and charge you upwards of 1000 to recover it and they will claim u owe money with no proof of being behind on payments and when you are near being paid off they will all of a sudden tell you your payments are doubled claiming it was signed in your contract (wich it is not.) And if you dont pay them they threaten once again to take the vehicle so they can resale it to a new customer and start the scam all over again
