Whitehall Auto Sales

The only people that write reviews are people that have had bad experiences. People who have a good experience will hardly ever write a review unless thier being prompted to. I bought a great used car here and yeah I had to put some money into it! ( I bought an 8 year old car people ) Bottom line... great car and the owner really worked with me to get my payments low. I have referred 3 people and none of them have had problems. I have crappy credit and this place helped me when no one else would.

If i could give 0 stars I would!!! Please don't get a car from them! I got a car from carlo and it broke down the next day took it back they said nothing wrong with it next day broke down again!!!! They said don't worry its covered. The next day they call and say they have to send it to an Audi place to have the fuel pump fixed nd it would cost us $440. So we pay it, they keep the car for 4 days finally my boyfriend calls and he says the Audi place messed up it isn't done yet. So I call not happy he rudely tells me its not even my car I needed to talk to my boyfriend because he is tired of dealing with us (My name is on the title) I was NOT happy. Finally I said okay i will be calling the Audi place so I do & they tell me my car has been done and they are waiting for payment from whitehall auto sales, that they didn't mess up on anything they just lied to me. Please do NOT buy a car from them!!!!

horrible to deal with, bought Car, broke down 2 hours later, the Owners Wife said " Oh well "..........now im out of my $$$$$$ and still don't have a Car to get around, they will not honor the "Warranty" they give with the Vehicle !!!! and the day I was in there to see if they would fix my Car , there where 3 other Customers in there screaming about being ripped off.......... there is NO WAY !!!!!!!!!!! they had 2 Customers on the same day from Allentown that gave them a 5 STAR............must be Employees or Friends save yourself the hassle and go to a more reputable Dealer.

I would not recommend Whitehall auto sales to my worst enemy!!..unfortunately I was not warned..bought car in Nov. 2013,and have had nothing but problems..after a visit and numerous calls which went unreturned I have pursued other avenues..beware!!..don't shop there!

The best place to buy a used car. My car that I bought runs very well. Carlo, a salesman at Whitehall Auto Sales, had great knowledge of the inventory. He helped me find the car for me. And Joe was very good at dealing with the financing. I am very pleased with my experience there.

The best place to buy used cars. The salesmen are very experienced and have great knowledge of the inventory and financing. They worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied with the car I got. The car I got was in great condition and I never had to repair it since I bought it. No doubt the best place to buy a used car.

i bought a car it needed over $3000 so far in repairs a week after i left. I had to take him to court to get my money. His mechanics are horrible they do not know what they are fixing.

Purchased a car here and after several complaints and promises to be fixed I am stuck with a very expensive lemon that will not move. Messed up my loan papers saying I put down less than I did, tried to rip me off with my deposit and sell the car and keep my deposit!!!! Also it's not a buy here pay here. They slam you in a lease here pay here and make you pay extra to own it after you already pay it off plus other non sense charges! Save yourself and don't buy here!
