I bought a car from Enterprise with a bad key and a bad tire. MALCOLM, the manager assured they would take care of everything and I had 7 days to change my mind. They had my car for two days and returned it in the same condition And used two of my seven day trial. Malcolm is not trust worthy and gives enterprise a bad name. My sister was going to buy a car from them until she realized the poor customer service Malcolm provided. Paul, the salesman was great but Malcolm changed my opinion of enterprise. I was not given any of the contract and had to ask for it 4 days later. The contract does not have all the information and payment. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Shame on you for your treatment of customers and empty promises!

I bought my car two years ago at Texas Auto Solution on Kuykendahl Rd. I must say for an in house finance dealership, they conducted business in an excellent manner! The only major problem I had (if you call that major) was my left headlight went out because of a wire problem which cost me $145.00 to fix. The money notes were amazing, (325.00 a month) and I’m am officially the sole owner of my car as of February 2020, only two years to pay it off and I’m one happy person, knowing that I have zero car payments. The owners are really nice guys, understanding and work with you and your credit! Whenever I’m ready for another vehicle, Texas Auto Solution’s will be the first place I go!!
