Had a great experience!
My wife and I bought a 2001 Ford Escape from these guys and they were very friendly. The process was pressure free and quite painless. We were in and out in less than two hours and they gave us a fair price on TWO trade in vehichles toward the value of the car. We are very satisfied and would recomend them highly.

These guys were horrible! sold me a car that broke down THE DAY I BOUGHT IT. then told me there was nothing they could do even though we bought a warranty on it!.

My name is Kevin Tork. I do most of the sales and financing at Affordable Auto Enterprises. The owner is Tracy Ennis, we have discussed this review and do not know who this is from....but would like to address it, if and when the customer contacts us. But would like to point out a couple of things I know to be true.... 1.) If there is a warranty/service contract issued, then we as a dealer would not hesitate to service/fix/assist the customer in question, since there is a great possibility the problem is covered and would be payed by the Service contract provider. And if there is a repair or problem on the first day of sale we as the dealer would have a responsibility to address the problem before the service contract was received physically in the hands of the Service contract provider. or it would come back on us. 2.)We do encourage and assist our customers in obtaining service contracts on the majority of our vehicles financed, which is good business and peace of mind for all parties involved. and the reason is to not have an issue as I am addressing at this time. 3.) Even if this were a cash vehicle sold as is, with no warranty, we would not refuse to help/assist Tow/discuss any help on our part to a customer on a same day purchase or even same week purchase.... So given the chance to address this, we as a business would be happy to, if the customer, whom we do not know at this point, would contact us.

Great place and Great People
I have worked with Kevin since I purchased my vehicle. The car battery went out recently and he came to my house to pick up the car. The vehicle was repaired the following day. I love this place and the people!

Thank you for your review. I know the young lady who reviewed us, and she happened to live about five miles from us and had just purchased a Camry from us about a week before. There was a service contract on it, but it ended up just being a battery terminal connection. We did pick her car up and take care of the problem in person at no charge to her or the warranty company. But that also is something that would not be unexpected and good service. Which we do try do try to give to our Customers.

Over Priced
I really like the vehicle that I purchased from them but they charged way too much for it. It started out as a price and by the time it was over. The cost was nine thousand dollars more than what the vehicle was worth. I like my vehicle but I will not buy another from this location in the future.

Great deal on '99 Beetle
I needed a decent first car for my 16 year old that was both affordable and had under 100k miles. She did the reserch herself and found a '99 Beetle with 81k miles. Although the car is used, it was well taken care of. The salesman at the dealership was also very patient with us while we were trying to get the financial part taken care of. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and my daughter loves the car.

This is a funny story in a way, because the first thing I always tell prospective parents looking for a VW Beetle for usually a daughter, is that especially with Beetles make sure your extra diligent in your choosing for they have many little idiosyncrasies to them and can be a challenge to the new, young and not so car educated driver. So after the usual disclaimer on the Beetles, we went through about a week and a half sales process and ended up with a vehicle and price both were satisfied with. One thing you will not feel or get from us here at Affordable is the feeling of pushing you or rushing you into any type of vehicle or time frame. We do not get in a hurry and yet can make it as simple and enjoyable as the purchase of a vehicle should be.
