Not trying to buy a car!

Drove to GA to do some after Xmas shopping. My wife wanted to “swing” into a BMW dealer and “just look”. We were met with probably the best car salesman we have ever met, Peter Christensen. My wife found the car she wanted and started talking. Went for a very informative test ride with Peter. When we returned to the dealership, they looked over our trade which I was happy with the amount given to us. So the deal was done. One of the best parts of the buying experience, was they made us feel like we were buying a $80,000 car versus a three year old used one. That my friend’s was ALL Peter. If you’re looking for a great deal on a car and a great buying experience, please go see Taylor BMW and ask for Peter Christensen.

My BMW Purchase was made flawlessly and professionally by Peter Christensen. His superior customer service not only exhibited excellent technical knowledge but he anticipated our needs and requirements. He also was able to create very attractive financial terms for the entire transaction.

Rare excellence in the realm of car sales!

The best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Mike Combs, Rob Ibarra and Ben Davis are the epitome of excellence. I already had two horrendous experiences with other dealers and so I was pretty much done when I got to them. I was very resistant to anything they suggested because of this. I had my own financing with a decent APR from my bank and just wanted to get a car ( I had been shopping 2 months at this point ). They were patient with me, and Ben went above and beyond to get me financed and at a way better interest rate, saving me a ton of money. These guys were spectacular and that is a rare thing to say about any car dealer in this day and time. Could not recommend them more.

BMW purchase

Great car dealership. Peter Christensen was excellent and our technical advisor , Luis , was very helpful. Rocky did a great job also. Highly recommend Taylor BMW.

535i LEMON

Sold me a beautiful 535i LEMON!!! Nothing but issues within 5 months that they are not willing to fix. Very disappointed and frustrated!!! Don’t stand by their word or name.

A great day at the polo matches!

A big thank you to Peter Christianson and Taylor BMW for hosting us at the polo matches in Aiken? our experience purchasing a vehicle that Taylor was outstanding. Peter and the entire staff at Taylor BMW are True professionals. The relationship with their clients continues long after you walk out the door. Last week we were invited to spend a wonderful afternoon at the polo matches in Aiken South Carolina. My wife and I truly appreciate the extra effort that is always exhibited when we visit the dealership be at for service or any other issue .

Recognizing outstanding service

I'd like to commend the service manager for his assistance this morning 20 Feb 18! I showed up this morning before business hours and without an appointment and he did everything he possibly could to help! I'm greatly appreciative and he should be recognized for going the extra .ile!

To busy for calls

Tried several times to discuss with a trained and knowledgeable sales person and all I get is someone " in the sales department ( code for operator) ... My question is this ... Are the folks at Taylor BMW so busy or understaffed they expect a customer that's prepared to spend $50K on a CPO car to simply be sluffed off to someone with no/little product knowledge ? Pathetic ...

Great response from all questions asked.

I sent an email to ask if a car was still available and I received a very quick response. I was unable to make it to the dealership to look at the car I was interested in due to work obligations. However, all my questions were answered in a quick and through manner! Hope to make it out to the dealership in the near future!
