Taylor BMW

Tried several times to discuss with a trained and knowledgeable sales person and all I get is someone " in the sales department ( code for operator) ...... My question is this ... Are the folks at Taylor BMW so busy or understaffed they expect a customer that's prepared to spend $50K on a CPO car to simply be sluffed off to someone with no/little product knowledge ? Pathetic ...

I sent an email to ask if a car was still available and I received a very quick response. I was unable to make it to the dealership to look at the car... I was interested in due to work obligations. However, all my questions were answered in a quick and through manner! Hope to make it out to the dealership in the near future!

Everyone at Taylor BMW is beyond excellent in my book and that is saying a lot these days. Sam Jones ( General Sales Manager) to awesome for words. Sold... me my first Mercedes and now my first MBW. I will follow him anywhere he goes. Love him like family. Peter Christensen (Senior Sales Consultant) absolutely wonderful at what he does. A man a great patients. I have to admit, I am not the easiest peson to please. He never stopped smiling and I could tell he truly wanted to make me happy. A true blessing. Lets nott forget Austin Bragg (BMW Genius) what a sweetheart. Such a sweet polite little gentleman that definitely knows his way around the technology of a BMW. Took his time to show my how to use all the new toys on my new Beemer. All I can say is Taylor BMW I hope you know how lucky you are to have such wonderful people as part of your team. I know how important and rare they are to find. I myself was in management for over 25 years. Way to go Taylor BMW TEAM YOU ROCK!

I recently purchased a VW from Taylor BMW. Peter Christensen was the salesman. Although it was rainy outside the entire staff make the sunshine. All were... VERY professional, attentative and just plain nice. The initial telephone contact with Peter and his follow-up was exceptional and impressive. The Finance Manager was very efficient and courteous. I did not think I was in Augusta. My last 5 vehicles were NOT purchased in this area. These gentlemen (and staff) have given me hope. So, this ended beautifully. I got the very auto I wanted and they were paid CASH! Sweet. Keep up the Good work you all get an A+ from me. Betty "B.J. " Carpenter

I can say enough about my experience with Taylor BMW. Everyone from sales to the service manager & finance was super friendly and "accessible" in all aspects... of the transaction (which was a new and enjoyabel experience for us when purchasing a car.) Nick Koulianos was awsome! He was so patient as I switched back in forth on colors and options and kept me "calm" and updated each day as I waited for what seemed like an eternity for my car to arrive from Port. All my husband had to do was sign on the dotted line! What a wonderful experience. Thank you Taylor BMW for putting me in the car of my dreams!!!!!!

My salesmen, David D, was great. Very knowledgeable, even about a non BMW vehicle. The sales manager chaffed me as he acted like he was giving me something.... I never like that when I know "I buying and you are selling" thus no one is giving anyone anything. The venue was great. Excellent facility in every way. Finance manger was also great and knowledgeable.

We recently purchased a very slightly-used 2013 Honda Accord at Taylor, and the experience was wonderful. Ted was very helpful and answered many of our... questions. If he didn't know the answer, he was very quick to find someone who did! My husband and I were accompanied by our "business partners" (otherwise known as our 2-year-old toddler and his 8-week-old brother). The entire staff was very patient and accommodating as the needs of the kids were met, going so far as to offer to hold the little one so my husband could snag a cup of their complementary Starbucks coffee:) The car was in great condition, and their attention to detail eased many of the concerns one might have when purchasing a used vehicle. Although we were purchasing a used Honda, they treated us as though we were bringing home a brand new top-of-the-line BMW. Highly recommend Taylor BMW!
