This place feels like home.

The people in this dealer act like friends or family, trying to help us to trade cars. They do not push you. they listen to what you want, then find it, if possible. But no high pressure. This is our third sale we have made at Edwards 280 and had five with the one down town and we will continue to use Edwards. The Edwards 280 is the top.

Service was good and quick

The service and cleaniness of the department was very good. Also i enjoyed the cookies. The staff was also very polite along with good attitudes.

New Purchase

Great experience. Worked with me on price, color, and model year for the new Tahoe. Paperwork was efficient. They delivered on what they promised and had the truck clean, full of gas, and looking sharp. The tutorial on all the features was handled well.

Comfortable

I don’t like going to dealerships. However very professional made me feel comfortable. Not pressured also not overly friendly l liked that. Would definitely recommend this dealership

Good experience

Got in and out on time, glad I made an appointment for service. The trip could have been better with more input from the service employees. I had an unplesant customer service problem with battery on the last service visit and had not received any information about the status of my problem. Ms. Frazier said she would speak with the Supervisor and while I was in a hurry to leave the Supervisor said he would continue to check on my battery exchange problem with GM. This problem had not been handled properly on my last service visit. Ms. Frazier did phone me and say that I could expect to see a refund check soon.. I will wait and see how this is handled. Most wonderful experience

On February 14th 2018 my husband and I drove up to Birmingham from Montgomery. To meet with Jodi with an expectation to purchase a new car. The experience was so professional and personal. Jodi and her team were concerned about our purchase and the vehicle we were looking for. Within a few hours our purchase was made and we are very happy with the Chevrolet Malibu 2018.
