I loved working with Brian on this deal. I found my dream car online and was a little hesitant because of the distance. He was very responsive and respectful through out the whole process. The website included so much information and pictures of the vehicle that it was easy to make the decision. My credit union verified they are a legitimate dealer. The transaction was all done through mail. The car had to be shipped to me 1700 miles. He was always open to pick me up from the airport and finalize the transaction. I preferred to have the car shipped to me. It was a torturous wait but all things considered I did not have the time to fly and drive it back. It arrived very safe in about 2-3 weeks because of the distance and challenge of getting a trucking company to bring it. I would recommend this dealer to anybody in the USA. They have great cars and are great people to work with!

Buying a car from Brian today was as enjoyable as connecting with a long lost friend for lunch. He was informative regarding the car i was considering and respectful of me as a person. Before , I had always approached car shopping with much trepidation. Today, however, my typical "walls' and defensive attitude were never called into play as I shared my wants, needs, and budget with Brian. The 2008 GMC Acadia I purchased was loaded with great features, low mileage and in great shape. I've bought several cars since I started driving. This was by far, hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Brian was just a joy to work with. I live in Raleigh and importacar is about 90 miles away, so most of my initial communication was done via email. That experience transpired as if he was right in the room. He was always extremely patient, taking into consideration all my drama, never once pushed or pressured me, yet he was firm and not wishy washy. After meeting Brian face to face, and seeing his business, he immediately earned my trust as a consumer. His dealership is immaculate, neat, and clean. Every care shined and look as if it had just been driven off the line. He met with me on Sunday, his day off, as this was my only opportunity to get over there. I had been looking for a low milage TSX sport wagon for 5 months when I found Brian's listing. Previously I had Acura dealers either 1) lie about the condition of the vehicle, 2) try to add anywhere from $700-$1400 in dealer fees, and /or simply treat my inquiries as a nuisance. 4) Did I mention flat out lie about the condition? Brian at Importacar responded to my initial inquiry promptly and courteously and offered more information than I requested. His negotiating on price was respectful and most importantly, he negotiated in realistic terms. Not the awful nickel and dime game played by most dealers.His doc fee is upfront and realistically low, not the inflated fees you see the larger dealers tagging on. After some on line research I agreed to purchase and sent a good faith deposit. Again Brian was communicative through-out the process. Upon arriving at Importacar, (a 3.5 hour drive) I was impressed at the quality of the vehicles at Brian's lot. Every car I looked at was top notch. When he pulled the TSX Sport Wagon out from the service bay, it was everything he had claimed. As new and perfectly detailed. A test drive later and the deal was done. Again, Brian handled all the paper-work. No waiting for hours while a sales-tron "talks" to his manager. Oh... I forgot. Brian also was able to get my financing rate over 1/2 point less than any one else! Brian is enthusiastic about his calling. It's obvious he loves nice cars but perhaps most importantly, he is honest. No really!... a used car owner/salesman who is straight forward! He knows the current pricing and he beats it. His cars are in immaculate condition. End of story. I cannot recommend him enough. If he has the car you are looking for it's worth the drive, flight, walk, whatever. Look at his cars. You won't be sorry.

Working with Brian was the antithesis of what everyone expects from a used car salesman: he's genuine, enthusiastic without being cloying, knowledgeable, and very straightforward. I felt in no way pressured during the process. Rather, Brian was helpful and laid back throughout the time we interacted. I really felt he wanted me to end up the "right" car, even if he wasn't making the sale. He had a great selection of cars, as well. He even went so far as to assist a friend who dropped me off to pick up my car with a title transfer. I feel like he's willing to go the extra mile to be helpful and to make everything work out in the easiest manner possible.

When I went to pick up my Maxima (which I love) - there were several other cars on the lot that I could not help but look at, he had SO many quality vehicles. In addition, his personality makes it very easy to work with him, and you can tell that he cares about his customers and their buying experience.
