Great, Friendly, Easy Experience
I worked with Rocky Watson on a Sunday to buy a truck on the Sunday special discount. I brought my car in on Monday for a fair market value appraisal and filled out the paperwork. It was a smooth transaction, quick and easy. I never felt pressured and was made to feel right at home from the manager to the finance man as well as Rocky Watson.

Great service/ Definitely come back
Walked in helped me find a great car in my price range and the car was very well kept in the inside, the process was very smooth. I was in and out thanks to the manager Terry Hope. Great customer service was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process. All of the people there were very nice and courteous and it was a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back for another vehicle.

Quick & Easy
Spoke with saleman named John Rouse at 9am, drove off the lot with my new truck at noon. I travelled an hour and a half to finalize paperwork for the purchased. The staff was very professional and eager to sell at quality vehicle

Never Go Anywhere Else!
This is the 4th Vehicle I have purchased from CBS Quality Cars. They educate about the products you are looking for, they will go find it if necessary, they are open and honest about their pricing, and most importantly, they are fair. Only go there for an oil change maybe! They TOOK over $3000 of my hard earned money in less than 2 weeks and now my car is totally useless

Put the wrong oil
CBS put the wrong oil in the truck that I got CBS now I have to put another engine in no copy of warranty sent a picture of the warranty on my phone have reported CBS to bbb and the local tv station in Raleigh I have reported to good morning America I want CBS to help pay for another motor I have told everyone in Durham don't buy a vehicle at CBS. U can't trust anyone any more and pay that much for a vehicle and have drove it much w itch out it cutting off how can salesman sleep at night for cheating a. Customers

Bad truck put the wrong oil bend rods
It's bad that a car lot would put the wrong oil in a truck did not give u a warranty just sent a picture on the phone would not help u with any thing engine light comes on before u get the truck home I would not buy a car or truck from CBS I have told all family and friends never buy a car or truck from CBS I am going to every thing that I can to get CBS to pay for putting the oil in
