I recently visited cbs for an oil change. The staff was very friendly and accomedating. the job was finished in a timely manner and was very affordable.

I gave this rating because I was given greatbservice. I was a little skeptically at first but after going to pick up my car and talking with Danny.he explained things to me about my car that I didn't understand, and gave me bad news about my car in a good way. He also corrected or tried to fix something that wasn't done which was my oil change. He gave me a card to.get it free. Because Danny gave great bad news and his attitude was awesome, I will be back to get my air conditioning serviced.

Brought my Mitsubishi Mirage 98 in here to get a problem with the engine checked out, which had to be done to get it through inspection again. The staff was very friendly. Work took as long as expected, and the quoted price was about right too. They solved the problem and I'm good to go for another year. CBS seems a bit more expensive than your average oil change place or repair shop, but the guys at the Precision Tune that I usually go to were not able to diagnose my problem, so I went here. I have recommended this place to a friend, and I'm happy with their work. Will do business here again.

Great friendly service. Good tasting coffee and free wifi in the clean Customer Lounge. Stated it would be 45 minutes and it was 45 minutes. Can't beat the price. Sooo different to Fred Anderson Toyota. I will return.

After doing my research I find out that you brought this to our attention after you run out of warranty by over 2000 miles. Even though you were 2000 miles out of warranty we offered to you a 50% coverage, plus a free oil change ($39.95 Value) and Clay also offered you $50 out of his own pocket. Seems like we have tryed to work with you several times and we would like for you to be happy, I also understand that Bill tryed to contact you several times without a response from you. Please let me know what else can we do to help you. We have been in Business for over 18 yrs and sold over 30,000 vehicles. We try our best to make everyone happy even when they are out of warranty
