I looked all over Washington to find the 2022 Tucson Hybrid, I saw one online but it was 3 hours away, I left a message telling them I wanted the car the night before. At this point I’d already found 2 cars I had wanted and they were sold before I could get to them because other dealerships wouldn’t hold it for me. Mehdi took a personal video of the car for me and sent me the credit application online and held it for me til I could get there! He showed me all the features when I got there and was very nice and helpful. Then Dane worked to get me the very best interest rate and made me feel very comfortable! I would highly recommend them both!

Pretty straightforward except I didn't like the "hustle" of unneccesary overpriced additional repair warranties. My full coverage insurance offered me a similar plan for $100 a year versus their $3600 for 5 years the firs three of which are covered by the bumper to bumper manufacturers warranty already. It also took over 6 weeks to get a replacement key fob.
