When we arrived at Ron Tonkin Hyundai we were not exactly sure which Tucson hybrid we wanted. As our time with Ian (our sales representative) continued he was able to focus in on what we truly wanted. The day we were at the dealership they did not have “our” car in their stock. The whole teamed worked together to find us the car we wanted. It took a month of their continuous checking stock to finally find and secure our perfect car. Ian worked hard for us and we appreciate all his time and energy he put into this sale. The final steps of the sale with the finance person went smoothly and professionally.
