Mike is a solid, straightforward guy who is terrific at establishing rapport and trust. Knows his business, not afraid to ask for the close...but didn't try to bamboozle me or sell me anything I didn't want, need or ask for. Great experience; will return.

Run Run Run don’t even hesitate … Preferred Auto Group will lie to you & mislead you to get the sale. Been trying to resolve an issue since 11/2024….I would never have purchased this vehicle if I hadn’t been lied to & been out an extra $1398 …Save yourself a headache & go somewhere else to buy your car!

I am so sorry that you feel this way. I believe that Preferred Automotive has gone above and beyond to try to help you resolve your issue. We only collect the state sales tax based on what the IRS tells us per their website. We have no control over the State of Arkansas or them charging you again for the sales tax because that is where you registered the vehicle. We have tried several times and spent hours on the phone with the state, trying to get you your money back. 99% of the vehicles we sell are to customers who register their vehicles in the State of Indiana, and the other 1% are in the surrounding states. On average we sell less than 5 vehicles annually throughout the rest of United States. I don't feel you should be frustrated or upset with Preferred Automotive, but the State of Indiana, who is refusing to give your money back or the State of Arkansas who charged you sales tax again.

You collected as required by the state of IN….but your dealership told me I had to pay now, but I could get the sales tax back from IN since I was not registering there. That sir was a lie…& if you didn’t know your dealership shouldn’t have told me that. I guess that’s on me…but my review is not a lie!

Purchase a used vehicle from here, they had it in their

Purchase a used vehicle from here, they had it in their automotive shop and allegedly fixed everything on the vehicle and said everything was good. Didn't have the vehicle a week and the transmission started slipping and getting stuck in second gear. Call them and ask if there was anything that they would do to help make it right and they said they will not do anything to make it right

Love my Jeep I got from this dealership. In great condition and Tony was super helpful. We traveled from MO for this vehicle and he made it an easy quick experience. Jeep was cleaned and ready to go when we got there!

Quick and easy.

Quick and easy. Killer deal on a practically new car. Several thousand less than nearby competitors and $6000+ under blue book for a certified car that came with a 100,000 mile warranty.
