We were in the market for a small SUV and had done some online research with a couple of different auto manufacturers, we narrowed it down to Hyundai, and I'm so glad we did. We hadn't owned a Hyundai before, but during my online research I read so many good things, and I was impressed with the warranties and safety features that were offered. I had a 18 year old vehicle for my primary driver. Although old it was dependable.The last year I had been hearing good things about Hyundai and the Santa Fe. I did some research over the Internet and ultimately set up an appointment John Olson. After John had assessed my needs he provide me with a Santa Fe for a trial drive which ended with my purchase of a 2017 Santa Fe. That actually took about four days. During this time John was very accommodating, sheduling and rescheduleing meetings to accommodate me. I appreciated John's frendly and laid-back demeanor and was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. Scholfielder Hyundai West is great place to do business. When needed, other friendly employees jumped in to help John expedite processes for my benefit. My time at Scholfield was very positive enjoyable. I purchased a Santa Fe in 2009. This summer of 2016, I traded it in for a Sonata Sport. This is the first time I have returned to the same dealership to purchase another vehicle. The reasons for this are numerous. First of all, Heather Cusick is an exceptional salesperson, the quality of vehicles are amazing, the price point is reasonable and the service department is beyond compare. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Problem with bad battery was resolved, but very stressful, the point of buying a new car is to not have these kind of problems. I recommend Hyundai dealers do a better job checking all systems on a new car before delivery.
