Went to their dealerahip to buy a vehicle. They knew I was coming. When I arrived they told me they sold the vehicle earlier. Bogus operation. No apology from them. They did NOT care.

Please be aware of this dealership selling cars that have been wrecked and repaired by shade tree mechanics. Be sure to run your own car fax. I have purchased a few vehicles as well as my family on several occassions. When I purchased a car from the dealership that had been previously wrecked and repaired and not disclosed. I was very disappointed and brought it owners attention because those repairs were not going to be covered by a insurance claim. The owner hid behind his phone and would not return any of my calls or messages. Not a professional experience at all! I have almost a $ 900.00 bill for a car that was wrecked and repaired at this dealership. I only found out because the car that I own now that I purchased from The Auto Port was rear ended. I of course had to get it repaired at a dealership. The repairs the Auto Port completed prior to my purchase were not done properly. The repairs were completely sub standard and not done to dealership specs. The vehicle looked good from the outside even with the wrong parts.. Not the same picture or story under the bumper cover. Wrong parts used, parts shaved and glued. They even put after market tail lights in the vehicle that are bad and hold water. But they made it look good on the outside. The inside was destroyed including all brackets. I have pictures. These repairs were never disclosed and the car being in a wreck was never disclosed. Be Aware of The Auto Port Inc. Professionalism to say the least and shade tree mechanic specials. I will never do business again with this company. My family and Friends are aware of the incident and they no longer will do any business with this company. The Company refused to help with anything and the owner would not even talk to me or discuss the issue.

This dealer sold me a 2015 Honda Accord in April 2018 with known structural damage that was announced at the dealer auction. Dealer provided a clean CarFax at the time of my purchase, but after a recent appraisal I learned that the vehicle has structural damage reported on 3/28/18 through Auto Check. After several attempts to contact the dealer they have not responded, so don't be fooled by their supposed "unmatched customer service", as once they have your money, it's over. For anyone reading this review as a potential customer of this dealership I strongly urge you to check both CarFax and Auto Check and have the vehicle checked out by a reputable body shop and mechanic as it appears this dealer cannot be trusted. Also, make sure you ask the dealer and sales person, with a witness present, if the vehicle you are considering has ever been in an accident or has any kind of structural damage. Best advice, avoid this dealer.

Have bought 4 cars thru Auto Port (John) and have been pleased with all of them including a fair price for each one. A no hassle transaction on each. JOHN

No word back from Auto Port. Don't believe they have the Acura TSX in their inventory that fits what I am looking for (2011-2012 Acura TSX with Tech Pkg (deal breaker if not), under 40,000 miles and certified pre-owned if possible- for $17-$20,000 (pending mileage and condition of the car)

I showed up to the business an was very surprised about the amount of cars that they have on there property. I was really nervous about purchasing a car, because I have been to many dealerships that have nice cars but some of them were just crazy talk with there prices of the car. Although they do not negotiate prices which is a lame thing lol but over all I still got a great deal on the car. I would defiantly recommended people to go to this dealership.

My fiance and I had a great experience working with Noell at The Auto Port. He was very honest and had a great "no pressure" attitude. We were able to test drive vehicles on our own, so we could freely discuss the car without having a sales person over our shoulder. He even encouraged us to take our time and shop around - which we did. It only took a couple visits to "regular" dealerships to send us flying back to The Auto Port. Not only did they have their vehicles priced thousands below other local lots (same car, model, year and miles!) - but they also work with generous trade-in values. From here out we will always check The Auto Port first when purchasing a vehicle. (We purchased a beautifully maintained 2011 CTS Coupe).

Was shopping for a late model Chevrolet and came across the auto ports ad on autotrader.com called and the salesperson said it was still available. Went to see it the next day and the car was extra clean. Included the balance of it's factory warranty. Best part is the price was 4,000 les than another I was looking at elsewhere. This place is not fancy, and no pushy sales people. Browse and take all the time needed to look and check a car out if you want to be an owner they will do the paperwork. Thank you Auto Port for a great transaction.
