Never did get back to me if vehicle was available or not.

This process was very easy. I saw the car online, went for a test drive...but was unsure if I wanted to make the purchase at first. I sent a text to the dealer on a Sunday evening to make my claim and received confirmation that they would hold the car for me to pick up. I went in and left within an hour. I just wish they filled the tank before I left but for whole sale prices, its not worth the argument. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the manager as well!

I was looking for a 300 C on the internet. The Auto Port had just what I was looking for. I went to inspect the car and it exceeded my expectations. The interior and body was in above average condition for a car with 66K miles. We picked up the car in the rain and did not recheck anything at delivery. Unfortunately, the drivers seat had a puncture hole that appears might of happened from a screwdriver in a pocket getting in or out of the car, Manager denied it happened.

I found the car on Cars.com,called The Auto Port, drove there and found the car ready for me to drive and exactly as stated on the listing. Carfax was available on line for the car. They were able to evaluate my trade and I purchased the 2012 Chrysler Town and Country with 2,000 miles. The transaction took less than an hour. The personnel were helpful and there was no pressure used in selling me the car.
