I went in with no hope thinking that there was no way I was going to get a good enough trade im value for my crappy car! But my dealer helped me out and I went home with a 2015 Elantra that night! Cody was very friendly and professional. He genuinely expressed interest in what I was looking for and took his time while assisting me. I couldn't help but recognize his youth and to recall the time when I was in that position and trying to make a name for myself. It was a humbling experience. Cody is well on his way towards being succesful in his career. With some additional mentorship and skills, Cody's rapport with his customers could potentially create long-term relationships. I overall rate my service as good! Although I was still in the same price range as I was when I walked in, I humbly left with a brand new Hyundai Sonata!
