Orlando no longer works there! Do not allow Edgar to apply for your loan. Unless you want to wait days/weeks after he runs your credit to respond to you many attempts to contact him. He had another salesman reply back to our many calls & messages. He wasn’t even professional enough to tell us why the loan was denied weeks later. He is extremely unprofessional! He doesn’t value your business or time! We will NEVER buy vehicles here again! Not to mention it takes several months to receive the $100 referral check.. after several calls and messages. Go to any salesman besides EDGAR!!!

We have purchased several vehicles and referred countless friends/family. Had we known ORLANDO was no longer working there, we would have NEVER tried to do business there! DO NOT GO TO EDGAR THE SALESMAN! If you’re ok with not getting your calls/messages answered for weeks after you’ve applied for a loan.. he’s your guy. If you are ok with having another salesman have to chase him down to ask why he isn’t returning customer calls.. Edgar is that guy. If you want a salesman who has ran your credit and won’t return your calls to tell you if you’ve been approved or denied.. Edgar is that guy! Have bought several vehicles from this dealership, which is one of the many reasons I’m SO perplexed as to why we’re being treated this way by this dealership…. Bought a brand new Dodge Ram Rocky Ridge that is a LEMON! It’s been at the dealership EIGHT TIMES for the same issue that never gets fixed and no one cares. Almost missed my husbands grandmothers funeral because the truck broke down, yet again. Call the dealership to speak to Sabrina in service, who started out strong but quickly reverted to being zero help and basically just telling us to call Stellantis for a free battery jump or tow from our warranty. Stellantis didnt know what the heck Sabrina was talking about, and promptly charged us for the jump and tow. Since my husband was about to miss being a pallbearer in his grandmothers funeral, we had to do what we had to do. Upon our return, we obviously call the dealership to schedule a time to bring the truck in for the NINTH time for the same issue, mind you this truck has 18,000 miles on it, and we’re told we’ll have to wait because they have no truck rentals currently. We need a truck due to the fact that our LEMON of a truck Ilderton sold us will be out of commission for the forseeable future. Weeks later we’re contacted to bring the truck in and an appropriate rental is available. My husband takes the truck to Ilderton, for them to NOT have a truck for us to use but a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When my husband questioned this, Jessica thought it would be appropriate to be rude, unprofessional, and scoff at my husband but loud enough to where he and others could hear it. Jessica wasn’t expecting someone to hear her unprofessionalism I guess. Ilderton takes ZERO responsibility for a vehicle they shouldnt have sold, have the WORST customer service, and have put my family through the xxxx, not to mention they’ve put our safety at risk, all just so they could make a sale. DO NOT do business with this dealership! We’ve even desperately tried to get Ilderton to put us in something else comparable but they refuse to make any accommodation to remedy their own mistake. Maybe it wasn’t a mistake and they just knew they were going to have to get that LEMON off the lot and quick! Here’s a pic of us on the side of the road, missing a funeral. I have full video coverage of phone calls and us having to have the Fire Marshall and sheriff assist and will be happy to email it to anyone who would like to see first hand how Ilderton handles customer service! Mr. Owens was great to work with! He was very patient and worked with us to meet our needs. He was welcoming but not pushy. The dealership is comfortable and even had coffee, hot chocolate, water, and keto bars in the wait lobby! Very happy to have a new to me car with seat heaters!
