Jeep Cherokee

We were saved a lot of time. Our salesperson took the time to figure out what i wanted before we got to the dealership. He a couple of vehicles ready for me to test drive. He was spot on with what i wanted.

"Free Maintenance Service"

Purchased a 50,000K + jeep with 'free oil changes for a period. When I called for first service and told them it was part of my purchase and 'free' - I offered to drop it off for the entire day either Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri. Nope - too busy, couldn't get it done even if I left it the entire day. They did offer to set an appointment on a Saturday which I reluctantly agreed to. We set it up for 1:00 p.m Saturday. I arrived at 12:45, checked in and the tech told me it would be ready in 3 or 4 hours!!! Said they don't actually make appointments it's more of a first come, first served. Additionally, he told me that they don't replace wiper blades for the first 12,000 miles regardless that it's in the warranty. Needless to say, I did not wait 4 hours for an oil change. Got a good deal on the jeep when I bought it. Found out after the purchase that they don't intend to make it easy or convenient if you actually want the 'free' service. Haven't been back since that experience and will never step foot in their dealership again. Mark

Maintenance Review

AutoNation Jeep off Arapahoe Road is a great place to take your Jeep for maintenance and warranty work. Staff are courteous and professional. I do recommend ability to do online appointment booking option - today only option is to call for Appt. This building needs to be upgraded and modernized big time.

Repair of Air Bag and Programming a New Key FOB

AJ, the service rep had my Grand Cherokee's air bag repaired along with trouble shooting my key FOB in just a few hours. Everything was done extremely well.

Auto Nation Chrysler Jeep experience

The buying experience here was fin nominal! From the first phone call to Robert Sauzek personally driving the vehicle to my residence over 5hrs away. In my opinion he went the extra mile that it take these days to retain customers. Top notch employee and the dealership in general has been awesome!

A couple of issues...

The customer service during the buying process was very good. We actually enjoyed working with the sales team After signing documents taking delivery of the vehicle, we were informed that only one key was available, as were pulling into our driveway, a "low oil level" warning message came on. There didn't appear to be any oil leaking under the vehicle so after checking the level the next morning there was no oil on the dipstick. It took 2 quarts to fill it to almost full. The finance rep presented a document for signature that showed no open recalls when in fact, there is an open SAFETY recall on the brakes. After two phone calls to try and confirm our lender, we finally talked to Sales who reached Megan, in Finance, and she supplied the lender name but told us we could reach them ourselves on line, but how would you propose to do that without an account number. Megan was unresponsive to our messages for assistance either through phone call or email. This lender was different than the lender disclosed during paper signing. We have been unable to reach the lender to supply to our insurance company who has grown equally frustrated. There is no answer at this AutoNation unless you choose Sales or Service and then they cannot always directly transfer you to the party you need to speak with about issues. Megan was extremely pushy for the extended warranty even after refusing the coverage 5 times. Sales is telling you what a great vehicle it is while Megan is saying its going to be very expensive "when it breaks down." Finally, while we were on the sales floor at our sales agent's desk, we were subjected to another Salesman on the other side of the partition, using the "F**#k" word over and over again while speaking to someone on the phone. Is this really the level of behavior you allow and subject your potential customers to? Seems unreasonable to expect the public to put up with this kind of treatment for the level of investment they are making in the purchase of a vehicle. It was inappropriate and unprofessional! This review is not a reflection of our Salesman or his Manager but the overall customer service of the dealership and other departments involved in this purchase.
