I had check engine light on and rough idling on my Durango with only 26000 miles on it. Jim Riehl service finally figured out what was going on. Apparently a valve was not installed during the vehicle assembly. I came to Jim Riehl dealership for my problem because the other dealership that I usually went to was not friendly and quite arrogant. Jim Riehl guys felt like family. I'm going to them from now on for everything, whether it's service or buying a new car.
