New Lease

I have nothing but good things to say about the salesman i worked with at Parkway - Patrick Moseley. Earlier this week my 2019 Dodge Ram was totaled after only having it for one month. I wanted the same exact vehicle i previously had and Patrick Moseley was able to make that happen as other dealerships were not successful. Not only was he successful in finding the vehicle i wanted but he also was able to get it for a much cheaper price. Within 24 hours, i was at Patrick's desk signed the papers for my new lease. He made my experience at Parkway wonderful and stress free. I definitely will be back to see him when my lease is up in two months!

Leased 2019 Dodge Ram

Finding a new vehicle is beyond stressful and you can only hope you get the same deal as you did before. Pat did not only get me the exact vehicle that i wanted but he also got it for me at a better price then my previous vehicle that was totaled after only having it for one month. They just plaI had to wait 3 months for a part

I need to wait 3 months to get a radio put in my truck that has my navigation system a system that I've been paying for that I bought with the truck, they won't even cover programming a key fob a $57 charge to satisfy me and to keep me as a customer the last time I had the truck in there when I pulled it out I notice there was a new scratch on the side of the truck and that's the guy pointed out now a little dent it wasn't there when the truck went in it was my fault for not noticing it for a couple of days but I figured because I had the warranty for one year on the truck that they would cover it they're not covering that either these people do not want to keep me as a customer I bought a $52,000 truck from them and that's all they're going to ever get from me this is a horrible experience for me. and don't even get me started on the rental car process let me just put it this way I ended up taking a lift home

Service department does not care whatsoever

After waiting 3 months for a part so that I can have the navigation system working in my new truck that I've been paying for religiously all along and have not been able to use the parts finally in take the truck in today and mention to him that three months prior my truck was damaged in their parking lot that's a little scuff in a little dent should be covered under my warranty it's not anymore because three months ago was my one-year mark on my 2019 Dodge ram so I ended up arguing with the guy over that I convinced them to buff it out but they're not going to do anything about the dent that I am 100% sure they created I'm also a hundred percent sure that after explaining to him that if he didn't take care of this he was not going to have me as a repeat customer that they don't care $52,000 one time purchase from them it could have been for the rest of my life purchasing strictly through them but that doesn't matter to them repeat business apparently does not matter. And after waiting months and months and months to get a service that I've been paying for all the lawn they won't even program my key fob for free to the truck either nobody cares at all in the rental process I had to take a lift home this is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership ever

Go anywhere else

Place is a joke. Promised a price through a certain date doesn’t actually mean you’re going to get it. After going through all the troubles of getting the car added to insurance and other things, we went in to sign the papers and the price per month jumped $20/month and apparently there was “nothing they can do” if you want a terrible car buying experience this is the place for you.

Overcharging and credit burea

I told the sales lady that I do not want my credit being run with more than one bank. Checking my credit karma today. I see they ran two banks when I specifically told them not too ! Aside from them also hiding a $1000 into the deal. Two previous quotes from other dealerships with the same vehicle were priced muchless. How unprofessional and ruthless are these people ? Incredible ! I am definetly posting on fb but with much more detail. There is more !

Exceptional Experience

A shoutout to the Manager Brian Huck and Sales Advisor Susie Ruzza for an exceptional handling of our Jeep lease. From securing the perfect Cherokee on a dealer trade, to making sure that the delivery was perfect, the whole experience could not have been better. Austin in the Finace department was very professional and not pushy in any way and explained all of the optional protection offerings in a clear and concise manner. The team at Parkway all contributed to a great experience. Thank you!

7th new car and counting!

We recently leased another new Ram 1500 this is our 7th vehicle with Parkway. Mr. Apollo Nimo and his sales team: Shawn, Farah, and Dani (showed us how to use all the vehicle features/tech guy) they are all very professional, patient, and kind in getting you the best possible vehicle for your needs. The turn around time is just incredible. You can try to shop it around, but you will not find a better deal. The service department has also helped us out a lot over the years, and we were provided new car loaners whenever there were any issues that took longer than a day/overnight. That is a huge incentive to take your vehicles there for service!
