Wonderful

Always friendly professsional They make you feel at home if I have to wait for a few hours due to extensive work to be done they always take care of me.

Excellent

Nicholas, your service representative. Been working with him for my car needs for years. Always professional, personable, and thorough. I’m in the market for a new Forester as a replacement for my 2011, and he and Patrick are the reasons I’m coming back to Gillman.

Bought 2 STI's

The reason I bought two STIs (2015 STI Launch and 2019 STI) was Patrick's straight forward price discussion during my first phone call. He gave me a price that was easy to understand and followed it in writing by e-mail. I felt very comfortable. My local Subaru dealer waisted my time by wanting to only talk price at the dealership and offer confusing pricing. I live in Pensacola FL 555 mile oneway.

Good Experience

Liked the fact that it was not high pressure sales. Was able to go in, look at the different models I had researched, was able to drive several of them and/or had them brought up to see the interior/exterior color schemes. Sale person, Shanaz, was very helpful and low keyed - provided information, facilitated the deal, but didn't force a sale.

Purchasing a Subaru Ascent

The service was great - the experience overall was extremely positive. The sales consultant Chase Arrambide did an excellent job following up with my wife and I over a period of a few months until the Ascent's became available, ensuring we got the vehicle we wanted and he did a great job in covering accessories and such to ensure we clearly understood what was available

Crosstrek

I was so worried about my precious Crosstrek, but Charles A. reassured me he would take good care of my baby. He made me feel so much better about my repair. After repair, he walked me all around my car and explained everything. I love Gillman Subaru. They have been great from purchase to repair!!!

Appointment by online. Easy. Charles Asher checked me in promptly. Went over the details with me. Very efficient and timely. This is my second Subaru and I LOVE this 2017 Outback!!
